Please join genealogist and family historian Antoinette Harrell for a discussion of how and why researchers will want to explore the Civil Rights records to find relatives that were engaged in the Civil Rights movement throughout the South. This inspirational book, created for middle school aged Black girls, aims to empower and liberate them to believe that they are beautiful, despite society's notion of what "beauty" is.
In an era where the popular idealistic images of beauty are based on the western world's realism of beauty, it illustrates that beauty begins with knowing who you are, believing it, and accepting yourself as you are.

The Only One Is Holding You Back is You, Hello and Welcome to the Dj Blog Network I'm Randy Johnson and in today's post it is, The Only One Is Holding You Back Is You, and what I mean by this is sometimes we want things in life but we just keep putting it off and putting it off and not let it happen, and the longer we do this the harder it is and the longer it takes, to achieve the things that we want in life.
