We know a Grey named Yahweh created life on Earth by making the black race. And we know the black race can either create good life or super-deadly life, when it's angry or evil. Now, hundereds of thousands of years ago the Greys got so upset with the black race because they mixed with the Angels (white race) the result where semites (hebrews) created out their negative emotion, turned into slaves and killed them. The theory is that the Greys saw their creation, humanity, was running wild and killing each other, and they sent Jesus to save everyone. And then humanity killed Jesus, which is another reason why the Greys are so upset with humans.
Obstacle course racing is the next soccer. Yeah, it's a 'thing'. You've probably heard of one. Or know someone who has---or will---do one. They change lives.
And for us MyFixitUpLifer's there's an extra cool part: It's loaded with DIY of building stuff. So if you’re not lacing up for your own obstacle course racing journey, without people to build the obstacles—for races or for backyards---the race is just a walk in the woods. So this MyFixitUpLife show will inspire the fire for the DIY of OCR.
Spartan Race’s (in)famous Race Director Norm Koch takes us behind the spectacle where the tools are machetes and chainsaws and a whole lotta work. And HGTV’s John Colaneri—co-host of America’s Most Desperate Kitchens and a Spartan racing / Cross-fit nut job (we love you anyway Johnny)—chimes in with fitness tips he uses to stay extra handsome.
This isn't about the gym. Or how fast you go. It's about life itself and building your own tools for the journey. As someone I admire wrote: I already know what it feels like to fail. I want to see what it's like to succeed.
Life happens to all of us. It's what we do about it that counts; how we handle the obstacles.
So tool up and come obstacle course racing with us Lifers, time for a little dirty fun.

The “Off to the Races” session also featured speeches from Democrats Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley and Republican Ben Carson. The session began with Carson, followed by Clinton, O’Malley and Sanders.
Bush presented himself as someone who’s increased opportunities for African-Americans and said his intentions to overhaul education and dramatically increase economic growth would make things much better in the future.
Hillary Clinton mocked Bush for his “right to rise” s logan. She didn’t mention him by name, but repeatedly suggested that his positions and record make it a hollow slogan. “I don’t think you can credibly say everyone has a right to rise” if they can’t afford health care, if the minimum wage is too low to live on, if college is unaffordable – and, she emphasized – if someone embraces policies that deny the right to vote.
“My views are a little bit different than others,” he said. “Given the enormous crises that this country faces today – crises that may be more severe than at any other time other than the Great Depression of the 1930s – frankly it is too late for establishment policies, it is too late establishment politics.” Senate Sanders Sun Sentinel
