As an international Speaker, Ken Ham points out how in America, unlike any other nation on the planet, there is a unique problem with racism. Specifically he objects to the prejudice and racism of ‘Christians,’ and Americans in general who have adopted petty ideas about it from evolutionary history and cults. He shows through the Bible, and genetics, how we are all in fact just one race, and that is the ‘race,’ of Adam. He says that people who preach that it is wrong to marry inter-racially are simply not preaching a biblical ideal and need to repent. He shows how a belief in Evolution promotes racism and prejudice, and how the only form of inter-racial marriage to be concerned about is when a child born of the ‘Last Adam,’ marries a child only born of the ‘First Adam.’ Please check out our website @Remnantxradio.com, follow us on twitter and send me a friend request on facebook!
This week on New York Sports 30 the slate is full. Host Brian Sausa will be joined by two guest colleagues to discuss a myriad of NBA, NFL and NHL topics.
NBA and NFL with the H4TV's Aaron Jacobs:
*Knicks star Carmelo Anthony wanted to play in the NBA All Star Game in New York before shutting it down for the season. After his injury earlier in the week, should he still play? Should he even still have the decision to do so? What does his handling of the situation look like to us?
*Knicks owner James Dolan fires back at a disgruntled fan..but did he cross the line?
*With multiple "bending the rules" situations having risen to headlines this week, there has been little outcry. At least nothing like the venom we've seen spewed at the Patriots. How do we view other teams that cheat (or are accused of it) and what fuels the selective outrage?
*NBA All-Star discussion
With H4TV's Stephen Nixon, discussing the NHL:
*How do we feel about the NHL playoff format? Currently in its second year, the format is guaranteed to be around for a trial of at least three seasons.
*What do we expect from the Rangers without Henrik Lundqvist? Can Cam Talbot give them what they need in his absense?
*Evander Kane has been dealt from Winnipeg to Buffalo. Who wins the Kane trade, his new team or his old team?
*NHL Contenders and Pretenders
"The Mad Scientist of Sports" Nick Ficorelli returns. However, this is not the average everyday sports show he is bringing back to the air waves. "The Mad Scientist" has created his own personal sports lab, and you, the audience, as well as many of his special guests, will be his test subjects. He will throw theories out, and you never know where they will be coming from. He will keep everyone guessing, and he will open his lab to any and all comers. Be prepared for "mad science" of sports at its best.
This week is a special epsiode of The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab, as at 10pm, he welcomes Kansas City Royals legend Willie Mays Aikens into the lab. Aikens was once one of the most feared hitters of the late 1970' and early 1980's with the Royals, helping lead Kansas City to the AL pennant in 1980. However, drugs overcame him, and he ended up in prison for almost 20 years. However, since his release in 2008, Aikens has has spoken at schools about his experiences and to the Royals’ young players, always hoping to return to baseball. In November 2008, apologized to Royals fans and the people of Kansas City in the Kansas City Star. In 2011, he returned to the Royals Family in the organization, and has since wrote a book about his rise, fall and rebirth "Safe At Home". As an extra added attraction, JP Muzio, former host of The Sports Ministry and Off The Wall, will be joining me on the interview.
Also appearing this week - 1030pm, Andrew Garda of NJ.com and Bleacher Report to talk some New Jersey college sports (Rutgers, Seton Hall and more); 11pm, Derek Helling of Outside Pitch MLB returns to preview the American League West; 1130pm, Matt Zemek of The Student Section to talk some NCAA Basketball and a Preview to March Madness.
The beacons are lit, the experiments are set, and "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab" is open for study!!!
In the United States of America Blac people have suffered for years and made small gains here and there while other races have ascended the mountain and forged a place in this country. What is it that Blacks get no love and everyone else prospers? The answer to that question is simply that we have no understanding of what AMERICA really is. We were never meant to be able to take part in the American dream. The constitution was not written for us. Tonight KB and THE REVOLUTIONARY RYDERS put this country on front street for the lies and false information that they have sold us for four hundred years. Join us as we stick it to the man.
