Janet decided to focus on small business owners helping owners set up their business structures, independent contractor and service agreements, client contracts, partnership agreements, and trademark applications, in addition to providing creative legal solutions for problem situations. Janet is married with 2 daughters, practices law in Mission Viejo, coaching and advising in the areas of Business, Franchise, Real Estate and Bankruptcy.
