The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) used to have a different name: al Qaeda in Iraq. After President Obama's address to the nation, it clear we will be heading into some type of military conflict with ISIS albeit will this be a repeat of the past of the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan? Is this something we should ignore entirely or do we have a responsibility to that region? Is President Obama hell bent on bringing this country into another war?
Tonight we will be looking at who is ISIS in 2014, the danger they pose and what options, if any, we have. Why is this happening now? There have been compelling arguments on both sides and we will be going into it all.

Adrian Peterson now has more attention for beating his children than knocking grown men out on the football field.
He left marks on a four year old, which seems excessive to many of us. Franky, it assaults our sensibilities.
But the public debate is larger than whethere Peterson abused his child or not. The debate is actually over whether corporal punishment is necessary or effective.
We've come a long way from public floggings, but some thing that we've not come so far that we still don't need to pass out an ass whipping every now and again.
Some say a return to corporal punishment will provide some perspective for out of control children. Otherwise, let's get rid of the schools we complain about and leave the children at home. For every discussion about what the school
system needs to do, there needs to be a discussion about what parents need to do. And instead of simply looking to add more duties to an already overtaxed and nearly failing school system, we should place more of the focus on parental training.
After all, you have to learn how to drive a car, but no one is trained on being a parent.
There are a number of things that are wrong with the way we are leaving the world to the next generation, but the overarching problem with today’s youth is that some of them really do need hands placed on them.
Some kids may turn out fine with the permissiveness and timeout behavior modification methods, but others need their natural asses kicked.
Today's discussion on "The Bridge" will focus on discipline of children and examining the line between discipline and abuse. Co-hosts, Tracy Powell, Dr. John Hamilton, Marcus D. LeGall, III and DJ Gates weigh in.
Our goal at the Yehudah Project is to establish open communication and build a bridge with love to combat the negative spirits that attempt to attack our men and women through hatred and division. We want to recognize and appreciate each other through love, support and accountability while taking responsibility for our behaviors and actions.
STOP the abusive dialog between our Hebrew men and our Hebrew women, because we are experiencing the same identical hardships today and we need to heal each other with love.
It is mandated by YHWH for us to come together and pray: we are a nation of people with dual nationalities and we have to open dialog as a nation to prepare ourselves and our families for the changes that are about to happen according to the Word. Children are won through the union of the man and the woman. Let’s remember our children learn what they live!
STOP ABUSING EACH OTHER AND LET’S TALK!

Our Fathers, Prophets Adam and AIbrahim( prayers and peace be upon them, were both on Mount Arafat, so the story goes. The blessings that have descended from the information shared from both their experiences. Prophet Adam's gift to name everything( knowledge but innocence galore); Prophet Ibrahim's ( Abraham's) faith and the proof that There is only The One G-D. They both are what all humans can identify with. Our brothers Prophet Musa ( Moses ) on Mount Sanai or Tur and Prophet Muhammad Mount Arafat, both indicate that we as humans rise above the conditions we find ourselves in and we evolve from one state of being to another for the better. Our responsibility now is to live accordingly. We help ourselves when we help others to achieve their goals

Every day, you make choices about what you will eat, what products you will put on your skin and in your hair, and what products you will use to clean your home and possessions. Many choices are already made for us, by government agencies, food and drug companies, and technology based organizations. We are assaulted on every side with challenges unique to our generation: health and well-being issues created by toxic food, air, and water, and electropollution, which increases daily.
It's a fact: We're not in Kansas anymore, Toto.
So how do we know which choices are best for us and our familes? Where do we start to separate out marketing ploys from reality, and deception from truth? It begins with the choice to take back responsibility for our health, and to get familiar with our body's "User Guide" - our Creator's original design and plan for our bodies.
Join Sandy Bloomfield as she explores today's most important health concerns, and gathers and presents information from some of the best natural resources available to offer choices to all who value their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Just because this planet has an expiration date doesn't mean you have to get sick along with it! Choose to live the adundant life, starting now!
Empathy is one of the greatest parts of our heritage. Empathy is frequently the first psychic sense many of us experience. When we first realize we are empathizing we realize great power is flowing through us. It's hard not to be scared by that first sensation. But that power has always been there. It always will be there. The only thing that's changed is that you've awakened enough to sense it, and of course with knowledge comes responsibility.
We are taught to protect ourselves from negative energies, and from unwelcome vibes. I could not possibly disagree with that philosophy more.
All is one.
Every energy you draw is a mirror shining for you to know even more of yourself. If you don't like the energy, that is a part of you that you are not liking. If you fear that energy, that is you resisting your natural self-love.
You can protect yourself. You can banish those things that hurt too badly to deal with. Eventually, as you grow into the remembrance of who you truly are, they will return. When they return it is because you are ready to embrace that part of yourself now. You may find you need support. You may find you need people who see you truly and who believe in you. This is the calling of a healer.
So, when you know it is time to step into your empathy to any degree. I am here.
When it is time to face your demons and dance with them. I am here.
When it is time to know how truly deeply you really do love yourself. I am here.
Welcome to Empathy. The heart is always open.
