Ethical Leadership - Quantum Physics of Beliefs

    in Self Help

    Ethical Leadership

    Radio Talk, December 27, 2014 @ 8PM CST

Leadership is a privilege and a responsibility that demands a good deal from those who practice it, whether formally or informally. High on that list of demands is the need to be ethical, both in personal life and in leadership. Because leaders are role models whether they choose to be or not, they set the tone for the ethical stance of their individual followers, of the organization or group they lead, and, to some extent, of the larger community.

Ethical behavior, in its simplest terms, is knowing and doing what is right.

    WHAT IS ETHICAL LEADERSHIP?

    WHY PRACTICE ETHICAL LEADERSHIP?

WHEN AND BY WHOM SHOULD ETHICAL LEADERSHIP BE PRACTICED?

HOW DO YOU PRACTICE ETHICAL LEADERSHIP?

WHAT ARE SOME SPECIFIC COMPONENTS OF ETHICAL LEADERSHIP?

NEVER STOP REEXAMINING YOUR ETHICS AND YOUR LEADERSHIP.

  • The Real Bible Study With Host Minister Akaiha Hon Min Louis Farrahkan

    in The Bible

Today we will be blessed by God and the Honorable Min. Louis Farrakhan on the Willie Lynch letter.

The Nation of Islam under the leadership of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan is the catalyst for the growth and development of Islam in America. Founded in 1930 by Master Fard Muhammad and led to prominence from 1934 to 1975 by the Honorable Eiljah Munammad, the Nation of Islam continues to positively impact the quality of life in America.

Minister Louis Farrakhan, born on May 11, 1933 in Bronx, N.Y., was reared in a highly disciplined and spiritual household in Roxbury, Massachusetts. Raised by his mother, a native of St. Kitts, Louis and his brother Alvan learned early the value of work, responsibility and intellectual development. Having a strong sensitivity to the plight of Black people, his mother engaged her sons in conversations about the struggle for freedom, justice and equality. She also exposed them to progressive material such as the Crisis magazine, published by the NAACP.

Popularly known as “The Charmer,” he achieved fame in Boston as a vocalist, calypso singer, dancer and violinist. In February 1955, while visiting Chicago for a musical engagement, he was invited to attend the Nation of Islam’s Saviours’ Day convention.

Pure Presence: All About the Kids with Suzy Miller

    in Spirituality

    LIVE Broadcast

Pure Presence: All About the Kids is as much for you, the parent, as it is for your children. Each episode will include:

*A short message from the collective consciousness of the children.
*Information you need in order to bridge the gap between where they are and where you function.
*A 30-minute balance and integration session, specifically designed to support you and your child.

The energetic bond between you and your child is the most profound connection he or she will ever experience. Gaining a greater understanding of who your child is from an energetic perspective will enable you to support his or her process more effectively. The alignment that these children are working towards is a challenging one, yet it can be made much easier when parents have the right tools, awareness, and energetic support.

Parents and children can listen in together and receive the balance, or you can simply intend that your child receive the balance energetically.  Because this show is dedicated to the children, you must provide parental permission for them to participate. Giving permission is as simple as registering your child here: www.suzymiller.com/registerkids.

Once registered, the energy work for each episode will be directed on behalf of your child, who will remain on the list until you choose to remove them.  Of course, if it is your choice, you are welcome to listen to the information presented in the call and NOT receive the energy work. Either way, I look forward to having you there!

    Children are Parent's Responsibility

    in Culture

This is a show about the value of our children and how they should know the real meaning of Christmas. There is an obvious reason why a baby is born without worldly knowledge to loving parents. We parents are expected to teach them how to walk, talk, and eat. Before parents send their toddlers to school, society and God expects us to nourish the little ones with life substances. Our children depend on us to learn how to live, grow; remain fit and healthy in more ways than one.

That includes teaching them the meaning of Christmas, how and why Jesus Christ was born. It is parents’ responsibility to set an example and give our little ones a meaning of life’s foundation that will last them a lifetime.  Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Our special guest, Detra and John Taylor, who raised two boys, along with nieces and nephews in a Christian home will share their experiences. Faith Eurie-Turner who’s Blogs can be found on http://professionalnet.ning.com/ will also be out special guest. Join us for a real Christmas threat that makes you feel good and reinforces your belief in the ways to raise your children.

Nobody will ever change the condition of a people until they change within themselves. Family the burden is on us to change our behavior; to build love, trust and confidence in each other and in our people for us, then, 95% of our problems will be solved. We, as leaders must declare that we will never sell out the aspirations of our people for personal wealth, position and advancement in the society of our former slave masters and their children. We must make a covenant with our people to work and sacrifice and be willing to be the good shepherd (leaders) who will lay down our lives for our people. Let us accept our responsibility and change our behavior to that, which will make us more than comrades and brothers and Sisters, but a behavior that will make us friends and companions in the struggle for the total freedom of our people here and wherever we are found on this earth.

Our word must be our bond. When we break our word we destroy the life of this covenant or the agreement that we have made. It is absolutely necessary that as leaders we must build trust among ourselves. We can only build trust when we strive to keep our word, particularly a solemn agreement or covenant that we make with each other and with our people. I PLEDGE that from this day forward I will keep this covenant. I pledge that I will work to accomplish our mission to make our vision a reality so help me God.
