Lawful Deception by Pamela Samuels Young
The beautiful Bliss Fenton won't be winning any awards for Mother of the Year. Truth is, motherhood isn't nearly as important to Bliss as the cottage industry she's created: extorting wealthy men solely for the hefty child support she can collect.
But Bliss' greed ultimately goes too far when she takes on Fletcher McClain. The handsome record industry mogul insists there's no way he's the father of Bliss' third child. But when the results of the paternity test are finally revealed, a stunned McClain refuses to take them lying down. He hires accomplished L.A. attorney Vernetta Henderson to sue Bliss for fraud.
When an unscrupulous attorney from Vernetta’s past reappears to represent Bliss, Vernetta's faithful sidekick Special steps in to join the fight. While Special is hard at work digging up dirt on Bliss, she’s distracted by an investigation of a more personal nature, one that ends up challenging her prejudices as well as her heart.
As Vernetta goes head to head against her corrupt opponent, the stakes get higher and higher and in a flash, the lawsuit goes from contentious to outright deadly.

The Total Tutor Neil Haley and Coach Karen Hall will interview Olympian Candy Young.
Young, a former U.S. Olympic athlete, began her duties as Delaware State University's Director of Athletics on August 13, 2012. She is the first female to hold the position at DSU.
Working closely with the university administration, Young immediately began to spell out a clear vision for Hornet athletics, including academic and support services for all student-athletes, fund raising, team and staff goals, facility improvements; and student, alumni, community and corporate support.
Young has been involved in intercollegiate athletics for more than 30 years, including six as head track and field/cross country coach, Senior Woman Administrator (SWA), Assistant Athletics Director and Associate AD at Delaware State University.
As SWA, she spearheaded several programs to help promote the advancement of women in athletics. In 2010, Young helped to create the annual “Delaware Diamond Extravaganza," which recognizes the contributions of Delawareans and those with ties to Delaware on behalf women's sports. She also served as a delegate in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, where she represented DSU in the decision making processes. She was named chairperson of the MEAC "Women of the Year" Committee selection process in 2010.
Delaware State University's Kalyn Washburn (2010) and Jazmyne Hefflefinger (2012) were selected as the MEAC's Woman-of-the-Year during Young's tenure at DSU.
In 2011, Young was submitted as a candidate from the MEAC delegation to represent the conference at the national level, and received an appointment to the Amateurism Cabinet of the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
Superbowl 50 has came and gone but everyone is still talking! I am sad because my team did not win but I am more saddened by what went on during and after especially on social media. First it was the dragging of Cam Newton because of how he walked out of the press conference. To be honest with you I did not blame him. I would not have sat there and took what some mediocore journalist was going to dish out. He made a statement and that's all folks. One thing I understand is the CAM owes us nothing. This young man just lost the Superbowl and you want to talk about it. Why? But twitter was all over the ex player commentator who referred to him as boy. When I saw his nasty record for fines I just shook my head. Then a conservative Trump supporter (this was on his profile) typed all 140 characters calling Beyonce' the N word. Then Rudy decided to have his say. I have a problem with a person being the morality police when you cheated on your wife while being Mayor and I believed he married the mistress. Let him tell it Beyonce's formation is disrespect to the police. I could only shake my head because this could not be further from the truth. Now there are even more who has called the whole performance racists. You know anything that some can't understand then it has to be labeled. So I will be discussing this whole situation.
