    Action Sports Marketing

    in Business

Sharifah Hardie interviews Caroline Graeff. Caroline has been involved in the action sports industry for the past 17 years both as a pro athlete in Europe and an entrepreneur in the US. As of today, she still is an active snowboarder and surfer.

She moved to the mainland from France in 2002 to finish her Bachelor degree in finance and marketing and then complete her Masters in sports management.

She started Imagine Marketing Agency in 2006 after noticing that the action sports industry was lacking marketing experts to help non-endemic companies penetrate the action sports market in a more authentic way. After her debut as a business owner, she saw opportunities beyond promoting out of the industry brands, and began helping small businesses, new brands as well as European brands generate awareness for their products in the US action sports market.

From event conception, management, production and promotion, to PR, B2B marketing, branding, social media, strategic alliances and consulting, Caroline’s company is a full-service marketing and PR agency that targets the actions sports, art, music and fashion markets. The company has worked with many brands and organizations including Virgin Mobile, Red Bull, Oxbow surfwear, Pull-In Underwear, Jart Skateboards, Myspace, Solid Media technology and more.
