John writes in the Money Bubble, "In a very real sense, it is fractional reserve banking and not money itself that is the root of so many of today’s evils. Whenever fractional reserves are permitted, the banking system – including the one that exists today throughout the world – comes to resemble a classic Ponzi scheme which can only function as long as most people don’t try to get at their money."
A Better System"Now, is this critique of the current monetary system just impotent ideological whining over something that, like the weather, can’t be changed? Or could fractional reserve banking and the resulting need for economic central planning actually be replaced by something better? Specifically, how could a banking system without fractional reserve lending accommodate depositors’ demand that their money be there when they want it andborrowers’ desire for 30-year mortgages which would tie up those deposits for decades? And could this market operate without the need for government oversight and management?"
Nathan Cortez, JD co-wrote an article on FDA regulation of mobile apps published in the July 24, 2014 issue of NEJM. Luckily, we snagged an opportunity to interview him - you can listen here.
We covered a wide variety of topics including:
Why regulate mHealth anyway?
The new FDA guidance — what needs to be regulated and what does not?
How does the FDA handle at continual updates of mobile health products – so different from the pharmaceuticals that they regulate? How do they decide whether an update constitutes a major change, requiring re-review and one that is minor and does not?
What is “substantially equivalence” and how is it being used in mHealth
How does the FDA handle mHealth products that provide consumer decision support (CDS)? What is the difference between low risk and high risk CDS?
Does the FDA have the right people/processes in place to provide oversight of mHealth?
Professor Cortez teaches and writes in the areas of health law, administrative law, and FDA law. His research focuses on emerging markets in health care and biotechnology. Prof. Cortez has become one of the world’s leading legal scholars on medical tourism, patient mobility, and cross-border health insurance, and has published several articles and book chapters on the legal and ethical implications of these phenomena. His research also addresses mobile health technologies, how to regulate innovations that disrupt static regulatory regimes, the First Amendment restraints on FDA regulation (including FDA's graphic tobacco warnings), immigration federalism, and alternative modes of regulation.

If you want change than you must vote for change, keeping the same person at The Board of Commissioners will not make your life easier... You need someone on your side that is going to give your children fighting chance in life... Understanding what the Board of Commissioners does will help you and your family.
The commission acts as the executive of the local government, levies local taxes, administers county governmental services such as prisons, courts, public health oversight, property registration, building code enforcement, and public works such as road maintenance. The system has been supplanted in large part as disparate sparsely settled regions become urbanized and establish tighter local governmental control, but in many more rural states the county commission is the form of government which oversees county management.
So, far today has the Board of Commissioners acted on your behalf. Do you want to change the jails or prisons policy? If, you want more education it started here with Conservative Black Woman name Brenda. She has a Son and grandson who she wants a bright future for. The Black male’s future is low priority for most Commissioners not Brenda... Just listen to her story it may seem like yours...
Is the governing board and policy-making body of County government? While many of its powers, duties and responsibilities are prescribed by law, and diffused through the wide-spread use of commissions, boards, committees, and independently elected county officers, the Board is in charge of developing and approving County policy setting the county budget. Jon Care, Board Coordinator, provides general administrative and liaison support for the Board of Commissioners, coordinates Board Committee Meetings, and maintains committee files.
The mandate of Wanda Henderson Ministries can be found in Jeremiah 1:10. In this verse of scripture, God says, See, I have this day appointed you to the oversight of the nations and of the kingdoms to root out and pull down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.
Accomplishing this in our own human abilities is IMPOSSIBLE. In the Upper Room, Elohim (our Creator) is pouring out the former and latter rains from His Holy Habitation to EMPOWER all in attendance to live in the supernatural.
Join us tomorrow morning (Monday, 08/18/14) in the Upper Room Experience with Chief Apostle Shayla at 6am PST & MST, 8am CST, 9am EST where we will imitate what Jesus, His apostles, and disciples did back in the days of old when they entered in the Upper Room for the purpose of receiving the same results that they received. What results did they receive?.......the PENTECOST EXPERIENCE!!!
We are being attacked by electromagnetic fields in ways that has never happened in our country’s history!!! During the past several weeks, I have discovered that we are being bombarded by electromagnetic energy, in all directions in our homes and our workplace, in our schools, even at the water meter!
It’s quite unbelievable if the facts and evidence want right before our very eyes hidden in plain sight that it everywhere with little or no oversight. I just recently discovered that in both Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA very close to where I live, local governments are spending millions to increase and expand Wi-Fi to cover large portions of the area that were not covered before.
I love Wi-Fi! I love cell phones, and other wireless devices, but the simple fact is they emit microwave radiation much like a microwave oven, which is devastating to the human brain, and body and a list of symptoms and complaints from cancer, to leukemia, to birth defects, and tumors and on and on is just overwhelming, and yet no one is complaining. Honestly, I may appear to be a full to the listeners. Yet all I ask you is to listen.
There are ways to lower this magnetic smog that is being emitted everywhere, which is especially alarming to children and can cause considerable increase in risk of harm in them!
I hope I’m crazy like a Fox because in the real world. The foxes been allowed to go into the hen house and unleash electromagnetic radiation in a way that if it was nuclear radiation America and the world would be extremely alarmed and yet we sit silent wake up America!
Mike Daugherty, author of The Devil Inside The Beltway, will be with us for an update on his fight with the FTC. So how did he like testifying before Darrell Issa and the House Oversight Committee? And we'll be looking at local shenanigans and how the Hiram City Council has decided NOT to give their portion for Economic Development in Paulding County. Now why would that do that? What possible reason could the Hiram City Council have for not wanting to grow Paulding? And I visited with a candidate this week. Find out who and why I'm seriously looking at a 3rd party candidate this time. As usual, we'll have plenty of good music by Liberty minded artists to keep us upbeat and motivated.
A program for holding elected officials accountable regardless of party, and vetting candidates so that voters make a more informed decision at the polls.

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: “After the Tribulation, Part 4″ from Dr. Tim LaHaye
Postmillennialism, with its Utopian view of the future, fell on hard times during this century, following two world wars and the unmatched inhumanities of Communism inspired by both the Soviets and Chinese. In addition, because postmillennialism allegorizes prophecy, this view has not had much acceptance among Bible-believing Christians. In recent years reconstructionists and dominionists have tried to revive it, but it has made few inroads among those who take a literal view of prophecy. For example, Revelation 20, which six times in six verses indicates that the length of the kingdom age will be 1,000 years, must be taken either literally or figuratively. If you take those statements literally, you are probably a premillennialist. If you take them symbolically, you are probably either a postmillennialist or amillennialist. There are, however, some fine Christians who take the Bible literally (yet interpret prophecy symbolically, although it is my belief that doing so creates more problems than it solves).
