On this installment of "It's My House" we shall discuss the (self imposed) apartheid that exist in 2014 in Ferguson, Missouri.
If the locals in Ferguson and many other towns and cities in the USA want a positive change in their social and economic conditions, they must take proactive steps to abolish the (self imposed) apartheid system that they set up on their own.
We shall discuss what are the strategies needed and what steps people can take today to make life better.
" The Revolution that Nelson Mandela dedicated his life to achieving so many years ago has not yet been completed! Nelson Mandela was nothing less than the pre-eminent strategist, moral guide and military commander of the forces that attempted to carry out that Revolution. He played his role - and what a tremendous role he played! Let us honor his memory by striving to complete that sacred Revolution"

TOPIC: Nelson Mandela's Unfinished Reconciliation
I am struck in this moment by the simplicity of our view of historic icons and the challenging complexity of a true analysis of their impact beyond the symbolic. In many ways, Winnie Mandela did more to bring an end to Apartheid than Nelson Mandela if truth be told. That is not to negate his profound importance in a delicate moment of transition in South Africa. I doubt than anyone except President Mandela could have kept the Peace and initiated a yet unfinished process of reconciliation. Still, there were so many foot soldiers from ambulance drivers who secreted rebels out of the country when needed to maids and hosts of children and teenagers who sacrificed their education, plus Walter Sisulu, Oliver Tambo, and Steve Biko; from journalists, the US Congressional Black Caucus and university students demanding divestiture to international human rights organizations, President Nyerere of Tanzania, leaders in Nigeria, and the people of Zambia. And there were many more yet unnamed. Nonetheless, we duly honor a great soul and a powerful symbol of universal rights and human dignity. Madiba Mandela shall forever remain the icon of change in South Africa. Such a change, no doubt, can only happen with the collective will and action of a people, not a single person. "Amandla!" (Power) "Awethu" (to us, the people) And we salute him still.

Be encouraged and know that this year is a year of favor for you and your family and aim high in what God has called you to do. Husband, Davies Tambo Lombe, refused to allow the doctors to pull
the plug of the respirator that was keeping Melody, his wife alive. She was the mother of his four children and the love of his life. Melody was pronounced brain dead three times, yet today, not only is Melody living, but she is perfectly
well and raising her family. Their "amazing story of faith will rock your world and leave you speechless."
