What is the Protect and Defend Network?
What do they do?
Who do they serve?
When did it start?
Where is it located?
How do I join?
The Protect and Defend Network is the only international group of Black Men dedicated to Protecting and Defending the Black Woman and Child. With Members in Australia, Canada, Europe, Africa and throughout the United States the Network answers the call of Black Women who encounter a threat to their life.
This is how the Network operates:
A Black Woman contacts us because She feels that Her life is in danger.
We activate our international group of Black Men.
All Members get on social media and otherwise to get the word out, and any Brothers in the immediate area go to the location to make sure that everyone knows that the Sister is not alone.
Officially launched on November 1, 2015 the Network is growing at a rapid pace and is now being actively expanded. The administration wants to make sure that the Black Community knows exactly what the Network is and what it is not. How it operates, its goals and objectives, and its vision for a world where the Black Woman can walk in peace and security wherever She may be.
Join Host Nommo Userkaf and Co-host Neferu Anu as they explain the Policy and Procedures of the Protect and Defend Network and take your questions. All relevant questions will be answered.

What does leadership look like when it is rooted in collaboration, support, awareness and creativity all the way through the organization from top to bottom and bottom to top? In this episode, we will explore creative and aware leadership with the President of The Leadership Circle, Betsy Leatherman. Not only will we discuss what this new model of leadership looks like, but we’ll also explore the tangible and robust results that emerge when an organization leads from creativity and awareness rather than reactivity.
Bio: Betsy Leatherman is the president of both The Leadership Circle and Full Circle Group. Her global role includes growth strategy, operational performance, deep customer intimacy and employee engagement for both brands. When she isn’t spending her time with customers working through ways to help them reach their goals, she is listening to practitioners and learning of new ways to help them improve their businesses. With a background in marketing and consulting she loves to listen and solve problems. She may be a little addicted to leadership as a solution to create excellent business results, but shouldn’t she be? When she isn’t passionately pursuing excellence with her clients, she can be found at a hockey rink with her husband Mike watching their true loves, Riley (10) and Kieran (8), be strong future leaders on the ice and in their hometown of Wayzata, Minnesota.

“If there’s one thing that I love most about the body is that we all have an incredible capacity for healing and repair and that by restoring movement and removing nerve interference through chiropractic, lifestyle advice and specific exercises, in many cases we can provide substantial relief from a number of painful conditions without risking the various side effects associated with taking medications or more invasive procedures.”
