Generating a quality lead from the Internet is somewhat difficult in good times - in a shift, it can be downright daunting. Your online lead generation must be consistently generating appointments with MOTIVATED buyers and sellers or it just isn't earning its keep. Contrary to a lot of tech talk, successful Internet lead generation is not measured in clicks, unique visitors, page views, or even registrations. It is measured just one way: in appointments to do business!
In today's episode, I will talk about how you continue to capture prospective buyers and sellers in your web - online lead generation is a critical part of your business and it will be very important to understand how to do this correctly in any market, but especially in a shifting market.
Simply put, the goal of your Internet lead generation is to offer consumers what they want - real estate information - in exchange for what you want - their contact information!

When the clock approaches 5:00 p.m., do you start worrying about what to have for dinner? Are you tired of using fast food as the answer? If so, try this old-school trick that's back in fashion — menu planning.
Menu planning is a great way to make sure you're eating a balanced diet and meeting your nutritional needs. And, as every frugal cook knows, menu planning can save you time and money.
Benefits of menu planning
You can have a big impact on your health — and your budget — just by eating at home more often. With menu planning you know what your meals will look like and what you need to buy. That makes grocery shopping more efficient and cuts down on unplanned trips to buy one or two items. And with a grocery list in hand — a byproduct of good menu planning — it's easier to resist impulse purchases.
Menu planning doesn't have to be complicated. To get started, jot down some of your favorite meals. Cooking for a family? Ask them to suggest menu ideas, too. For more inspiration, flip through cookbooks or check out recipe websites. You can even find sample menus and menu-planning apps online.

Today’s episode is “The Role of Church and Community Development”. We will discuss the history of the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church and its impact on community and society in particular and the role of the Church, in general, and its responsibility to community.
Our guest for today is Rev. Albert D. Tyson III, the Presiding Elder of the North District, Chicago Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church. The AME Church was founded in 1787, and has a mission to minister to the social, spiritual, and physical development of all people.
Elder Tyson is highly involved in the AME Church, and the community and civic affairs of Chicago and beyond. His resume is extensive, and time does not permit me to share it all, but here are a few highlights. Elder Tyson is a member of the Board of Examiners of the Chicago Conference African Methodist Episcopal Church. He has served as the Vice-President and and the Parliamentarian of the Board of Directors for the Interfaith Organizing Project (IOP). Elder Tyson also has served as the Treasurer, and eventually, the President, of the Near Westside Community Development Corporation (NWSCDC). He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for Chicago City Colleges and was recently appointed as a commissioner with the Chicago Public Building Commission.
