Genesis 24: 41-58
Then shalt thou be clear from this my oath, when thou comest to my kindred; and if they not give nthee one, thou shalt be clear from my oath, vs. 42. And I came this day unto the well, and said, O LORD God of my master Abraham, if now thou do prosper my way which I go:
vs. 43. Behold I stand by the well of water; and it shall come to pass, that when the virgin cometh forth to draw water, and I say to her give me, I pray thee a little water of thy pitcher to drink: vs. 44. And she say to me, both drink thou, and I will also draw for thy camels : let the same be the womanwhom the Lord has appointed out for my mster's son. vs. 45. before I had done speaking in my heart, behold Rebekah came forth with her picher on her sholder; and she went down unto the well, and drew water: and I said unto her, let me drink I pray thee
vs. 46. And she made haste and let down her pitcher from her sholder, and she said Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also, so I drank and she made the camels drink also. vs. 47. And I asked her and said whose daughter art thou? And she said the daughter of Bethuel, Nahor's son, whom Milcah bear unto him. And I put the earings upon her face and the bracelet upon her hands.
The flagship program on City of Champions Radio is back on Blog Talk Radio. as co-editors Matt Gajtka, Larry Snyder and Zac Weiss present another edition of Three Rivers...One Show. First, the guys dig into an encouraging rebound week for the Pittsburgh Pirates, who have taken six of their past eight after another thrilling win Friday night. Is a division title still available? Also, the Steelers limp into the regular season after a mostly-unimpressive August. Any real reasons for optimism with the opener looming?
A question I often ask on this broadcast and in life - is why people are so docile and do not rise up/stand up against insane violence and enslavement that civilization perpetrates. One answer: EDUCATION...it is another word for INDOCTRINATION...it is another word for CONTROL...it is another word for TOTAL DOMINATION. Why do we educate our people? What are we teaching them and why?

"Self-sabotage is when we say we want something and then go about making sure it doesn't happen."
Behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems and interferes with long-standing goals.
The most common self-sabotaging behaviors are mind chatter; procrastination; busyness; perfectionism; day dreaming; low self esteem; fear.
Self-sabotage is when part of your personality acts in conflict with another part of your personality.
I like this self-sabotage definition because it gets to the core of what’s going on. When you engage in self-sabotaging behaviors, it’s because there’s a conflict in your personality. One side of you wants one thing. The other side of you wants something completely different.
Self-defeating, self-sabotaging behaviors can be serious, like substance abuse, overeating, and even self-injury.
During this episode of Captalk's Talk about Talk, we will be interviewing Alain Washnevski who competed against 30,000 other contestants across the globe and made it into the finals of the World Championships. He is one of only 2 in our district that has ever achieved this great feat. What's more, less than a year ago Alain stepped into a Captivating Speaker's workshops as a skeptic and four weeks later was a convert. He dedicated himself to the Captivating Speakers program and went from skeptic to speaking superstar! During his speech, FLASH, he spoke candidly about his own life and shared a powerful lesson with the audience about letting go of our image in order to develop our vision. His second speech was a hilarious true story about a cat on a movie set that could have been a catastrophe. Listen in to Alain share his story and get some insights about what it's like to be on set with some of the world's greatest stars. This is one you cannot miss.
Here at Reptile Radio we feel really connected with the listeners of our show. Regular fans of our program know that we've been plugging the Bush League Breeders Club annual Spring Scavenger Hunt for years now. As happenstance would have it, this year's Hunt winner is also a huge fan of "The Double R". This is the first year that the BLBC Contest Committee offered an appearance on the show as the crowned jewel of the grand prize package, so having this year's Hunt winner P.J. Kohn on the show is really sweet for everyone involved. CK hosts this episode with the herpin' zookeeper from the great state of Michigan, P.J. Kohn. We'll be talking more than just snakes on this one folks, so tune in and enjoy!
Hello Everyone! I'm Michelle Cornwell-Jordan one of your hosts! Jamie White my co-host is also joining me and we're so excited that today we have the chance to speak with the young and very talented music artist Mikhael Naylor of Poorly Made!
"Poorly Made": Mikhael Naylor was born on May 8th 1994 and raised in London England. He grew up in a predominantly rap and reggae environment. At the age of 15, he bought guitar hero with some friends and it was here that he realized his love for the instrument. Shortly after, Mikhael's mom bought him his first acoustic guitar for about $40 off Amazon. The first song he would play would be his own. He did not know how to play anything else.
Soon after, Mikhael met JP whilst fundraising. The two began to play music together just for fun. After getting some good reactions, they decided to become a band and go by the name “Poorly Made”. Diamonds are still rocks, we all just give it worth, hence the name, Poorly Made.
JP was born on March 16, 1992 in London England. After hearing the song, “Zigeunerweisen” by Pablo Sarasate he knew instantly that he wanted to play the violin. His mom bought him his first violin at the age of 6. When JP turned 10 he moved to San Antonio. While being influenced by his southern surroundings, he picked up the guitar and fell in love with music even more.
. It was not until 2014 that they came together to form the band now known as Poorly Made.
Amazing guitar skills, a voice built to move any crowd, and incredible violin abilities is what makes up Poorly Made. Mikhael and JP have a great amount of passion and are looking forward to their journey.
