Qualified American IT Workers (and Americans in many other fields) are being forced to train their foreign replacements knowing they will be fired at the end of the training! This is anti-American and it is illegal discrimination against Americans. Americans must come together to protect American workers. This is a national crisis for which most Americans are wholly unaware. The outsourcing and offshoring of American jobs will result in the downfall of America.
Special Guest - Sara Blackwell - Founder of Protect US Workers. Sara is an attorney and advocate displaced American workers. Sara is representing the IT Workers of Walt Disney World and for many other companies all over the nation. Sara has been communicating with various politicians and news outlets to educate America on this issue. Tonight we will have an in-depth discussion on how Immigration Visas are being used against the American workers. The Chat Room will be opened for you to post your questions and comments.
Protect US Workers We are warriors and educators. Our mission is to educate America about the horrific misuse of H1B and other visas to terminate Americans or lower the wages of Americans. If we educate America, they will be outraged and once outraged, we can provide them with the simple solution to amend the problem.

Host Kevin Hunter features Ajay Prasad, owner and founder of GMR Transcription Services. Ajay started the business to fill the void in the market for accurate, reliable transcription and transalation services for writers, students, professors, and businesses.
Advice from Ajay:
To me, success is keeping customers happy while still being profitable. I learned early on that it is critical to provide a great customer service while standing by your promises and guarantees. This is what helped me retain customers that were not always happy with my service while I worked to develop a process to improve it.
From voice transcription to language translation, GMRT’s commitment to excellence can be measured by the satisfaction of clients like Accenture, Amazon, Stanford University and the National Endowment of the Arts. With industry competitors’ prolific practice of offshoring services and utilizing machines to save costs and increase revenue, our clients quickly realize the invaluable benefits of working with GMRT, where every document remains securely within the U.S. in the most competent human hands.
Over the years, my definition of success has been tested, to be sure, but never discarded. I believe in providing value at a price people can afford. When everyone is happy, everyone wins.

Off-shoring Operations & Banking - The Wealth DNA radio show is dedicated to helping you increase your wealth, as well as educating and informing savers & investors. If you heard the introduction to our last show on Asset Protection, you know I'm not a happy US Citizen lately. The US government keeps adding new regulations to complicate life for citizens with financial dealings overseas.
More US citizens are renouncing their citizenship, and the US government is adding regulations to stop them from opening new bank accounts. Some are just putting up with the added bureaucracy, and others are taking a totally different approach. They're building on a trend that has been expanding for the last 40 years in our global village - outsourcing. Companies and businesses are "off-shoring" their operations and banking either despite of, or maybe because of these growing regulations.
Is this a trend that could help enhance your business profitability, or build your wealth? We will ask Jack A. Bass our special guest to share why he sees this approach worth considering. Our listeners may remember him as the author of "The Gold Investor's Handbook" and "The Apprentice Millionaire Portfolio" (which is true). Jack A. Bass is also one of Canada's top ranked economists, and a manages a consulting company. He is focusing more of his time now on Outsourcing and Offshoring, for both businesses and individuals. Is this an idea which might make sense for you? What are some of the key benefits for businesses? Benefits for individuals? How are the increasing government regulations affecting the advantages and risks? For the answers to these and many more questions, get a cup of coffee, or glass of wine and join in the conversation …
