TCE Chats with Antonio Vaughan, ODU Wide Receiver ~ NFL Draft Prospect

    in Jobs

'Moving People to Profit' ~ Powered by The Career Engineer (TCE) - www.tcenow.com

Welcome to TCE Radio ~ Antonio Vaughan, Wide Receiver and NFL Draft Prospect

Antonio is currently a Senior at Old Dominion University, named the 2014 Conference USA All Conference First Team as a wide receiver as well as holding multiple records. He finished his collegiate career with 33 receiving touchdowns, over 3,000 receiving yards and 4300 all-purpose yardage.

His high school athletic career consist of numerous MVP, All-Conference and All-State honors in football, basketball and track.  In 2009-10 Antonio was crowned the Reggie Wiggins Male Athlete of The Year and the All-Roanoke-Chowan Player of the Year.  In that same year, he was selected to, and played in the 2009 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas, an All-Star game that pits the best senior players from North Carolina and South Carolina against each other.

On February 4, 2006, just over 9 years ago, Antonio’s older brother Tommy lost his life in a car accident... the two brothers were incredibly close and virtually inseparable.  Their bond was strengthened by their love for sports, football in particular.  Shaped by his relationship with Tommy, Antonio thereafter committed to honoring his late brother’s memory by doing something they both loved. Playing sports.

Every day, Antonio commits to doing whatever it takes to be great. For himself, and Tommy. “I feel like making it to the NFL is not only my dream, but my brother’s as well.  If I make it, we make it. This is our dream,” Vaughan said.

The NFL Draft pick will be at the end of April 2015. Watch out for Antonio Vaughan.
