Tonight we are talking to Cheyenne Bostock who is a Life & Relationship Expert, Author and Father. Like many young African American males, he lacked a father/positive male role model in his life. The book Break Every Chain is a guide to help our men overcome the vicious cycle of fatherless homes, unemployment and incarceration that plague our communities.
A social media campaign called #BreakEveryChain consisting of video interviews of public figures such as Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, NY State Senator Kevin Parker, NY State Assemblymen Walter T. Mosley, Artist Danny Simmons, Modern Day Match Maker Paul C. Brunson, Pastor Jamal Bryant and many others was launched on December 18, 2014. Bostock is a regular on The Bill Cunningham Show, writes for the Huffington Post, and has been featured on Fox News, Chasing NJ, News 12 BK, Arise TV, and Fusion TV. Cheyenne Bostock’s #BreakEveryChain Testimonial: Bostock’s father passed away when he was only 1 year old. He recently went to visit his burial plot for the first time in his life at 30 years old. He was joined by two of his older brothers as they shared stories about their father. They laughed, cried and began a healing process for their open wounds.

I'm celebrating a new release with a giveaway! Come listen as I read from GHOST OF THE SWAMP, Subwoofers Bk. 2, a sensuously erotic paranormal/fantasy romance. (Like ex-military shape shifters?) And one lucky listener will win a copy!
On tonight's episode we talk about the Sylvania 300 in New Hampshire today.
Joey Logano wins it. We'll talk about the racing, and break down the race and the good runs and bad runs for drivers.
We'll also talk about the racing in NH today.
Also, we'll break down the chase grid, and see who is in trouble and who isn't. Did Aric Almirola get back into contention today, with Dover coming up?
BK Racing made a driver change this weekend right before this weekend's race in New Hampshire. Ryan Truex's future is in question with the team. We'll break down the dilemma with the BK team, and where Ryan Truex's future may be.
Identity Racing Ventures made a driver swap before this weekend's race as well. Mike Wallace replaced Joe Nemechek. It's a very curious move, and Joe Nemechek might be out of that ride. We'll talk about this as well.
Brendan Gaughan won this weekend's Nationwide Series race in Kentucky, his second career win. We'll break that down, and the race,
and Cole Custer, goes to victory lane for Ken Schrader Racing in the Camping World Truck Series. Custer becomes the youngest driver in Camping World Truck Series history at the age of 16.
This week our special guest is Mr. Cheyenne Bostock. This week we will be talking about healthy relationships. The question we will be answering is "what does a healthy relationship look like?"
Mr. Cheyenne Bostock is a Life & Relationship Expert, Motivational Speaker and Author of two books: "Food, Sex & Peace Of Mind" and "Break Every Chain." In addition, he is a father. Mr. Bostock personally lost his own father at a very young age of one year old, and it took him a long time, about thirty years until he and his brothers were able to face the death of their father. He has turned his painful past to empower, encourage, and inspire young men as well as what it takes to be a father and how to build healthy relationships.
He is one of media's go-to sources for real and uncut advice on life, love, and relationships. His work has been featured in a variety of national and international media outlets including newspapers, magazines, radio and television. He is a regular on The Bill Cunningham Show, writer for the Huffington Post, and has been featured on Fox News, Chasing NJ, News 12 BK, Arise TV, and Fusion TV.
This is an episode that all should listen to so we can build old and new relationships to be healthy relationships that can impact our community.
From Flavius Josephus:
2. For whereas the Egyptians were formerly addicted to different customs, and despised one another's sacred and accustomed rites, and were very angry one with another on that account, Abram conferred with each of them, and, confuting the reasonings they made use of, every one for their own practices, demonstrated that such reasonings were vain and void of truth: whereupon he was admired by them in those conferences as a very wise man, and one of great sagacity, when he discoursed on any subject he undertook; and this not only in understanding it, but in persuading other men also to assent to him. He communicated to them arithmetic, and delivered to them the science of astronomy; for before Abram came into Egypt they were unacquainted with those parts of learning; for that science came from the Chaldeans into Egypt, and from thence to the Greeks also. Antiquities; Flavius Josephus, Bk I, Chap 8.
From a Man with a 3rd Grade Education--Joseph Smith:
And I, Abraham, had the Urim and Thummim, which the Lord my God had given unto me, in Ur of the Chaldees;
2 And I saw the stars, that they were very great, and that one of them was nearest unto the throne of God; and there were many great ones which were near unto it;
3 And the Lord said unto me: These are the governing ones; and the name of the great one is Kolob, because it is near unto me, for I am the Lord thy God...
4 And the Lord said unto me, by the Urim and Thummim, that Kolob was after the manner of the Lord, according to its times and seasons in the revolutions thereof; that one revolution was a day unto the Lord, after his manner of reckoning, it being one thousand years according to the time appointed unto that whereon thou standest. This is the reckoning of the Lord’s time, according to the reckoning of Kolob. Abraham 3:1–4
