Hunter McIntyre- The Sheriff of Obstacle Course Racing

    in Sports

Obstacle course racing “Spartan Racing” is the fastest growing professional sport in the country. Hunter Mcintyre is the leading Reebok elite athlete on the Spartan Race circuit. Hunter, who to refers to himself as “The Sheriff” shares his story.

Spartan racing was the brain child of Joe De Sena, arguably one of the toughest extreme athletes in the world and founder of the original “Death Race”.  Spartan Racing is edgy, running through fire, wading through freezing water, being electrocuted, climbing through mud pools and over walls from anywhere  between 3-14 miles and up to 25 obstacles that you don’t get a chance to prepare for. Suffice to say, these races are challenging and there lies the appeal.  Hunter was born to compete in these events and since 2012; he has never finished off of the podium.  If you enjoy human gritty competition, Spartan racing is for you.

AKANFO NANASOM: Soul-Responsibility - Okra/Okraa (Ka/Kait) Ritual to Order Life

    in Education

In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM, we examine the nature of ritual with the Okra/Okraa (Ka/Kait), the Soul/Divine Consciousness - the personal Obosom (Deity) dwelling in our head region assigned to us by Nyamewaa-Nyame (Amenet-Amen). It is our 'Soul-Responsibility' to align ourselves with the Okra/Okraa for mental, emotional and spiritual balance.

Excerpt from our book, The Okra/Okraa Complex - The Soul of Akanfo:

"...Success, happiness, joy, peace, fulfillment, balance, etc. in reality are manifestations of our alignment with our Okra/Okraa. When we align or realign with our personal Obosom [Deity], we realign with our function as well as the spiritual energy we have inherited to execute our function. This internal alignment is impervious to disorder, anxiety, misguided fear, misguided frustration, depression, etc. streaming in from outside influences, physical or non-physical and/or from internalized conditionings rooted in misinformation.

Every perceived obstacle that we face can be overcome through our alignment with our Okra/Okraa, for through this alignment we are able to access the Consciousness and Power of Nyamewaa-Nyame inscribed within our Okra/Okraa complex..."

"Ripping Off The Mask" / "It's A Faith Walk" - KINDRED SPIRITS Live! on KLJN

    in Radio

Hi my name is Michelle Broadnax and I am looking forward to bringing some real life topics to KLJN's KINDRED SPIRIT Live Show.

"Time to Rip off the Mask" this is where we get down to it the things no one wants to address about what it takes to walk this walk for real, the sacrifice, and the process that must take place to get into that place of realness to unlock the promises of the Bible. its time to get real because folks are playing to much in the four walls and mean while a generation is being pimped out! I have a heart for the soul of the people, my assignment is to "touch lives", I am ready to talk to them and show them it takes work, but they too can defeat every obstacle coming there way. I use my life as an open book as I am a living walking miracle, not raised in the church, I come from the streets, it wasn't a pastor or a conference that brought me to God, it was a touch from God himself.

SATURDAY WAKE UP CALL - There is a power for good in the Universe

    in Spirituality

There is a power for good in the universe available to anyone and you can use this power for good in your life. ~Ernest Holmes

We have within us a power that is greater than anything that we shall ever contact in the outer, a power that can overcome every obstacle in our life and set us safe, satisfied and at peace, healed and prosperous, in a new light, and in a new life.... Man/[woman] is surrounded by a great universal thought power which returns to him/[her] always just as [she]/he thinks. So plastic, so receptive is this Mind, that it takes the slightest impression and molds it into conditions. . . ~Ernest Holmes, Creative Mind

“Never limit your view of life by any past experience.” ? Ernest Holmes
