Crucial Benefits Of Protective Super Foods

    in Self Help

Nutritional deficiency makes us more vulnerable to disease. With the lack of real nutrients in today’s common foods, consuming highly nutritious, protective super foods is crucial to good health in today’s poison environment. Antioxidants are nutrients that counter harmful free radicals and protect cells and tissues from oxidation damage.

Green foods and other raw foods provide antioxidants, enzymes, minerals and pigments lacking in the normal diet. Flaxseed is one of the most beneficial foods. Turmeric, edible algae, mushrooms, flower pollen and many herbs, are also especially powerful. Juicing concentrates the goodness of fruits and vegetables for easy digestion and use by the body.

Sunday on the Front Stoop, PROPAGANDA

    in Energy

PROPAGANDA.  There has to a scape goat to be angry at.  Some one, some thing, some group is behind it!  There must be some entity out there that has got evil intent.  Once undesirable symtoms and effects are percieved, humans are easy persuaded that what is happening is not logical or tracable to a source.  Quickly the conclusions are not logical and are based instead on emotion.  We don't try to find a root cause, or the systemic basis of a bad result.  This is encouraged by lies and bad laws and policies and irresponcible businesses and banks who's only goal is economic profit.  We are encouraged to buy things that we don't need and eat food that is not nutritious, go on vacations that are expensive and unsatisfying (cruises) and think that there is an enemy "out there' that is trying to take what we have and 'get us'!  Is there something wrong with this picture?  Let's talk about it.
