    SUNDAY MORNING COMING DOWN: ARE GUARDIAN ANGELS FOR REAL?

    in Lifestyle

    ON THIS WEEK'S SUNDAY MORNING COMING DOWN I'M GOING TO TELL A STORY THAT IS TRUE, HAPPENED MANY YEARS AGO AND THE QUESTIONS IT HAS RAISED HAVE NEVER CLEARLY BEEN ANSWERED. BUT IT IMPACTED A MAN DIRECTLY AND WHETHER OR NOT IT STAYED WITH HIM FOR LIFE I DO NOT KNOW.  BUT I DO BELIEVE THIS: THERE ARE ANGELS AMONG US WHO CAUSE THINGS TO HAPPEN THAT OTHERWISE MIGHT HAVE BEEN DISASTROUS. WE CHRISTIANS ALWAYS NEED TO BE ALIVE AND ALERT TO THE WONDERS OF HIS LOVE AND GRACE. TUNE IN SUNDAY AT 10 A.M. FOR THE STORY, A SHORT READING FROM THE BIBLE AND SOME CHRISTIAN MUSIC. MY FAVORITE TIME AND DAY, WHEN SUNDAY MORNING IS COMING DOWN, IS ALMOST HERE AGAIN. COME CELEBRATE HIS DAY WITH US.  HE IS ALWAYS WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU.

    The Beloved’s Request

    The Shulamite

    8 The voice of my beloved!
    Behold, he comes
    Leaping upon the mountains,
    Skipping upon the hills.
    9 My beloved is like a gazelle or a young stag.
    Behold, he stands behind our wall;
    He is looking through the windows,
    Gazing through the lattice.

    10 My beloved spoke, and said to me:
    “Rise up, my love, my fair one,
    And come away.
    11 For lo, the winter is past,
    The rain is over and gone.
    12 The flowers appear on the earth;
    The time of singing has come,
    And the voice of the turtledove
    Is heard in our land.
    13 The fig tree puts forth her green figs,
    And the vines with the tender grapes
    Give a good smell.
    Rise up, my love, my fair one,
    And come away!
