Profusely talented and highly gifted.Born and raised in Rochester, NY, John was surrounded by music that helped shape his particular style of playing. John credits his early influences to his father. John’s musical journey started when he was eight years old. John gives credit to other heavy influences aside from family members such as Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, Dave Holland, Ron Carter, John Patitucci, Nathan East, Fred Hammond, and Joel Smith. They drove his growth, resulting in a deeper love and dedication to the art of being a bassist. When asked about his greatest influences, John’s response is always: “Too many to name and enough to keep me humble and always practicing.”
Whether John is playing electric, acoustic (upright) bass, or key bass, John can be found holding the groove on local stages in Charlotte, NC, his hometown, or performing on main stages across the country with national recording artists. In his career thus far, he has worked with gospel artist Lejuene Thompson, musical director for Grammy Award-winning singer and actress Stephanie Mills, contemporary jazz artists Brian Simpson, Matt Marshak, Jeff Kashiwa, Steve Cole, Walter Beasley, Nick Colionne, Marc Antoine, and Four80East. Additionally, John has earned Grammy certifications for his performances on EMI gospel projects “Oh Happy Day,” an All-Star Celebration (Best Traditional Gospel Album) and Heather Headley’s “Audience of One” (Best Contemporary R&B Gospel Album.) They were both won at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards.
If pets could voice their preference, they’d ask their owners to bring them to you. You have the right touch, you treat them right and you make them feel better. They’ve made new friends in your office. They loathe other veterinarians, but they love you, because you know what you’re doing.
Unfortunately for you, pets can’t tell this to their owners. Fortunately, we can. We understand the specific challenges of a veterinarian business – no matter how satisfied your customers are, they’re not the ones paying the bill, and they’re not the ones referring you to other potential clients. Therefore, we have to give them a voice.
We’ll focus on attracting new clients; customer retention is then up to you and the exceptional service you provide. The golden rule in such cases is making sure we reach the right people – pet owners who live or work close by. Geographic proximity is a must, when a dog has just eaten four chocolate bars, nobody has time to drive across town, even if this would take them to the best and cheapest vet in the world. Speed is of the essence in emergency cases. Therefore, when the situation arises, you want your contact details to pop up as soon as the potential client looks up veterinarian services. You want the presentation video to be short and to the point, and to answer all their questions.
Many marketers make the classic mistake of falling into the trap of cute web content. Most viral videos feature animals, and now there’s finally a business that’s actually related to animals – an online marketer’s dream come true. Let’s cram as many puppies and kittens in a video and call it advertising! We know better. We’re not here to provide entertainment on YouTube. We are here to put you and your business at the top of the list and to be the #1 veterinarian in the area.
Are We coming to see Jesus (at church) or those "called" to preach? It has gotten that bad to where people now have to say "We Ain't Coming to See You Otis" to some of these Pastors/Bishops/Apostles who have "Taken By Force" the position of preeminence in the congregation and installed a hierarchy system, a ruler-ship where YOU in the pews are nothing and WE in the "Fancy" robes, have all the power and authority like He-Man as they grip their sword!. Where did we get this dogmatic, domineering leadership model from? Did we get it from the slave masters who gave us their version of "church" to pacify Negroes while in bondage? Are we still shackled to this mindset? Did Jesus not CHANGE the Priesthood? The Temple? and the "Order of God" as it pertains to how we access God?
To all you artists (believers) out there, who don't wanna be on a record label (church) where the executive producer's (Pastor)...all up in the videos, all on the records, dancin'...then come to Kingdom and Coffee where we will teach the Gospel in Spirit and in Truth.
Lets discuss the 2015 Geechee One Awards! Plus live interviews with Florence artist John Lee and group New Carolina.

What other equine abuses aren't covered by mainstream media? Find out from Susan Wagner, Pres. of Equine Advocates, & Susan Kayne, creator of TV show "Real Horse Rescues,"
Our guests tonight are Susan Wagner, President & Founder of Equine Advocates, and Susan Kayne, creator of TV show Real Horse Rescues on ABC-WTEN, who will talk about the mainstream media's poor (if any) coverage of horse meat in the U.S. food supply, over 90,000 PMU mares trapped in torturous conditions while having their pregnant mare urine collected in China, and other equine welfare issues.
Susan Kayne began creating equine media productions in 2003, and her signature series, Unbridled, aired for 10-seasons and earned multiple awards. Her present day ventures include Real Horse Rescues on ABC-WTEN in upstate New York. Kayne has hosted shows for the Capital OTB Network, served as a feature reporter for Outdoor Life Network, and has given expert equine commentary for news outlets, professional panels, and educational institutions. Her advocacy on behalf of thoroughbreds earned her a photo on Page One of the New York Times on 9/22/2012.
Nobody will ever change the condition of a people until they change within themselves. Family the burden is on us to change our behavior; to build love, trust and confidence in each other and in our people for us, then, 95% of our problems will be solved. We, as leaders must declare that we will never sell out the aspirations of our people for personal wealth, position and advancement in the society of our former slave masters and their children. We must make a covenant with our people to work and sacrifice and be willing to be the good shepherd (leaders) who will lay down our lives for our people. Let us accept our responsibility and change our behavior to that, which will make us more than comrades and brothers and Sisters, but a behavior that will make us friends and companions in the struggle for the total freedom of our people here and wherever we are found on this earth.
"Hold fast by this covenant of ours, all together and be not disunited. And remember God's favour to us when we were alone, then He united our hearts, so by His favour we became brothers and sisters."

And lastly, our impressions of a fascinating movie trailer by filmmaker, Dennis Liu, entitled Raising Dion about a young mother of color rearing a child with super powers.
Who Know what I'm Talkin' About?
Every time I think that I'm all by myself, I just look up in the sky and that's where I find my help.
You might think that you got it all worked out and you think that everything's okay.
There ain't nothing that you done to deserve His mercy, and His grace.
(He gives us what we don't deserve, that's why we say it's amazing.)
You were bout to lose everything, but God (I know I'm not the only one who's been there).
When the doctor said any day, but God (He made the doctor).
And the devil tried to test your faith but God (He thought he really had you this time).
But God, yeah but God. Nobody but GOD. But GOD!
