CORRUPT GA LAWYERS NO LONGER CHASE AMBULANCE: CITIZEN WARRANTS IS THE NEW TOOL. A WORD FROM ATTORNEY SHERRI JEFFERSON
This episode will discuss how Georgia lawyers are continuing to engage in fraud, abuse and violate the civil and constitutional rights of private citizens by abusing the use of private citizen warrants and subjecting innocent people to arrest to gain leverage in civil legal matters.
After 25 years of defrauding the auto insurance companies and the government via Medicaid and healthcare; "Runners" have worked for attorneys to commit abuse, fraud and illegal practices before either the State Bar of Georgia, law enforcement or the Georgia General Assembly acted to stop the illegal and unethical practice of ambulance chasing.
In 2014, the Georgia politicians amended O.C.G.A. § 33-24-53, which targeted attorneys and medical professionals who purchase and sell accident reports as a means to exploit victims. Unscrupulous attorneys and doctors use these reports to obtain personal contact information of accident victims and their families, and then directly contact these victims in their homes, hospital rooms and by telephone in an unlawful attempt to procure new clientele.
NOW, the "lawyers" are targeting new clientele by use of private citizen warrants, which authorizes private citizens to initiate criminal charges against other citizens without law enforcement. The attorneys are using these tactics to gain leverage in settlement or to intimidate citizens to cooperate in civil legal matters.
How many years before the State Bar of Georgia, law enforcement and the General Assembly will stop this practice by amending OCGA 17-4-40, which authorizes this practice.
Repeal Private Citizen Warrants Campaign (OCGA 17-4-40) to raise public awareness, empower victims, and effectuate change.
On this episode of Talking In Circles we review last weekend's Coca-Cola 600 and has Toyota caught the other teams on the intermeidate tracks? What does that win do for Carl Edwards.
Plus, NASCAR legend Richard Petty gave his take on what he would like to see for changes in the NASCAR rule book and believe it or not, it made a ton of sense.
Also Ty Dillon is spending another year in the XFINITY Series in 2016. The original plan was to move Dillon to the Sprint Cup Series after 2 years of XFINITY Series racing but that is no longer the case. Is this a good move for RCR and Dillon? Or is this just a result of a team not being able to find sponsorship?
The Ratings for the Coca-Cola 600 failed to eclispe the Indy 500 for the first time in 10 years. Sign of things to come or just a blip on the radar?
Plus we preview the FedEx 400 Benefitting Autism Speaks from Dover International Speedway. We will win? Who will run good and who will struggle and who needs a good run?
Plus we take your phone calls. 917-889-8280

Natalie Christine Johnson is one of Hollywood South’s most in-demand makeup artists. With a background in Psychology and a degree in fine arts from the University of New Orleans, Johnson began her career with M.A.C. because a fellow makeup artist happened to like the way she did her makeup when she happened upon her while working in a mall. Natalie used any kind of canvas she could get her hands on and realized that a face was just another medium. She quickly made the move into film and television. With almost 50 productions under her belt in the past 3 years, Johnson has worked on everything from big budget feature films such as the widely popular Left Behind series with Nicolas Cage, to music videos, network and reality TV, and the Sundance darling Sex, Guaranteed where she met and worked with Stephen Dorff. After working together on that project he later asked her to be his personal makeup artist for their next project together, The American Hero. Her commercial work ranges from local universities to clients like McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, Visa and the NFL. Expanding from beauty to special effects makeup, Johnson has worked for the last three years as a makeup department head and creative consultant for the independent and festival award winning production company, Little to N.O. Budget Films. Working closely with the director and writers, her vision helped develop worlds of zombies, ghosts, and surreal carnivals. She recently worked on the projects Abattoir and Cold Moon. Tonight's topic is karma, angels and new beginnings. Originally aired 3/05/2015
The soul is constantly evolving, from one experience to the next, one lifetime to the next. Sometimes the experiences we engage in distract us and we get caught up in temporal, corporeal, physical experiences. To look at this from one perspective, we have lost our way slightly and have moved off the mark from where we were heading. The soul has its own corrective measure to get itself back on the path, and this process is karma. One extreme in one experience is balanced by an opposite extreme in another. Yin and yang. As the soul evolves, it becomes less and less distracted by the temptations of the physical world and more engaged in the real word (the spiritual world). It learns to let go. It becomes more balanced. It no longer needs to go to extremes in its behaviour or its thinking. It becomes enlightened.

Toya Graham, the mother caught on video smacking around her 16-year-old son during the Baltimore uprising was hailed by many as "Mother of the Year." Activist Michaela Angela Davis writes, "It's a sad day when a traumatized, terrorized, desperate mother beating and cursing her child becomes 'mom of the year.'
Is Toya Graham, this mother of six, a hero...or is she an abuser? Was this an act of love...or abuse? Was this tough love, or something else? Do black single mothers have a license to beat and brutalize their sons to prevent them from becoming a statistic?
What about the mothers who yank, slap, punch their little black boys, do they deserve praise for "keeping their boys in line"?
