The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 17 giving them a home playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens in the Wild Card round next Saturday night.
The Steelers win give them the AFC North division crown for the first time sice 2010, but the game wasn't without disappointment as Le'Veon Bell left the game with a knee injury after being hit low by Bengals' safety Reggie Nelson.

THE BEST SHOW AARON KLEIN SUNDAY NIGHT 12/28/14 THE ANSWER 970 AM
Arron's call in list required callers to identify the ten most covered up news events of 2014. Before we can review 2014 we must reverse back to 911, 2012. The Obama un-authorized invasion of Libya and the cowardice in the face of the enemy in Benghazi. The failure to protect American citizens including Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others as the communist press defined them. Those three died to save just like Jesus said: Greater love hath no man that he lay down his life for a friend. The friend was you and me. The communist party blamed their failure to protect the nation on a video story produced by an alleged Coptic Christian. Then with all the misinformation power of the communist Department of Justice cover ups they put that poor bastard in jail and he is still there on a changed venue of charges none of which had anything to do with the lie. His jailing and isolation from the press is typical of the tactics of Mohammed Morsi and Obama's moslem brotherhood in Egypt. The country that the demo commos gave to the Moslem brotherhood. Only the intervention of the Egyptian army saved Egypt from becoming a suicidal bloodbath. Some questions come to mind about Benghazi.
Did the Lions beat the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field for the first time since 1991 and clinch the NFC North Division Championship, home-field advantage, and a first-round bye?
Have the Red Wings or Pistons won a game yet lately?
How did the Central Michigan Chippewas fare against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in the Popeyes Bahamas Bowl on Christmas Eve?

More college basketball in the mitten.
Can the Tigers get more bullpen help than just Alex Wilson?
Jim Basnight is a journalist that publishes a Husky hoops subscriber only blog at www.huskydigest.com. This week Jim and callers wrap the non-conference season for UW, GU, WSU, Seattle and EWU.

Following up on our remarkable special episode last Tuesday, Hip Hop & Race: A Talk Show Town Hall, this will be the last episode of 2014. We'll take a look at the year in hip hop, particularly as it relates to our New York rap ecosystem.
We'll also be speaking with Soul Inscribed, to talk about their Blue Note Jazz Club show coming up on January 2, and exactly what they have in mind by fusing hip hop, soul and funk.
Oh, we'll have ticket giveaway info also!
We don't really do end-of-the-year lists, since they're usually only done to incite chatter and clicks, rather than give the audience credit for being able to decide on their own what they thought was their favorites, we prefer to let you tell us what YOU thought was the best.
Of course, we'll give our opinions, but as alawys, we'll look to you and your calls to give us your thoughts.
Check it out, and as always, thanks for the support
Amy Alkon's Advice Goddess Radio: "Nerd Your Way To A Better Life!" with the best brains in science. (***"Best Of" replay due to the holiday -- live shows again starting in January, with some very exciting luminaries of behavioral science!) Tonight's show explores what drives word-of-mouth -- that sometimes free but always highly valuable person-to-person advertising and recommending of products, ideas, and behaviors. My guest tonight, Wharton marketing professor Dr. Jonah Berger, will debunk the myths and lay out what the research says about how we can design products, ideas, and behaviors so people will talk about them. In other words, so they'll catch on. Berger's book we'll be discussing is Contagious: Why Things Catch On. Join me and all my fascinating guests every Sunday, 7-8 p.m. PT, 10-11 p.m. ET, at blogtalkradio.com/amyalkon or subscribe on iTunes or Stitcher. My show's sponsor is Audible.com. This show is a reunion show of sorts that took a year to happen and even then happened by sheer chance.
Whoever would have thought a 15 minute experimental radio show in Kent Texas would lead to meeting for the first Robert Tolan Jr., his wife Vanessa and Roque Robles in the meeting room at the Round Texas Best Western Executive hotel?
About a year ago I sent 2 flags and a care package to FOB Fenty in Afghanistan to support Operation Crazy Horse which is turn was sponsored by “Welcome Home Military Hero’s “which is jointly operated by the Tolan Family in Arroyo Grande Ca. Their son Robert was serving in the Army out of FOB Fenty at the time. I had arraigned to send two flags to FOB Fenty in Afghanistan with one of them to be returned to me and the other to be donated to a returning service man.
I also had the two flags flown over the Northwood memorial in Irvine California, which is the only memorial dedicated to the Iraqi and Afghanistan fallen. When Mr. Tolan returned state-side I did a show with to thank him for his efforts and to hear his stories
Fast Forward December 24 2014 we stopped in Kent Texas to do a brief show about ghost towns not knowing that Robert was going to hear the show and because he is stationed at Fort Hood Texas, he emailed me while we were here in Round Rock and so we set up the show.
Today 12/28/12 we met in the lobby of the Hotel and prerecorded the show which I am now going to play
Because this was prerecorded live and without rehearsal I apologize in advance for some sound issues but it is my belief that live radio is live radio and that includes the occasional OOPS. MY real surprise I will save for the end of the show
I would like to thank
