Three wins in a row. Sounds good, doesn't it? The only thing better than winning three in a row would be to win four in a row.
Orlando City will try to do just that on Saturday and if the club pulls through, the playoffs are still not out of the realm of possibility. It will be a tough challenge against a Montreal Impact club that's very much in form since the addition of superstar striker Didier Drogba. We're here to preview that imporant match-up.
But first, we want to dwell on the past. Specifically, we want to dwell on a big 5-2 win at Red Bull Arena last Friday night. Cyle Larin, Carlos Rivas, Luke Boden, Lewis Neal, the woodwork...we rate all of their performances. We pick out our Man of the Match selections, as well.
And there's a little Cristiano Ronaldo talk in the air. It's ridiculous but it's out there, so why not talk about it?
We close with our key match-ups for this weekend and our score predictions. Here's how it happened:
0:26- Our analysis of a fantastic win over the New York Red Bulls, including hat tricks and goal streaks and all three Designated Players playing well.
15:52- Our MotM selections for last Friday's game, and it's not unanimous.
21:02- Cristiano Ronaldo to Orlando City? We think not but dare to dream!
24:51- Previewing Montreal Impact and what Orlando City has to do to get a win.
32:04- Our key match-ups and final score predictions!
We're all pretty stoked about the Lions getting back-to-back wins. You know what I'm saying? Like, winning is better than losing!
We break down the 1-0 victory over Chicago Fire at Toyota Park, giving you our overall thoughts on the match, discuss what Brek Shea's return has meant to the club, and hand out our selections for Man of the Match.
The defense seems to be starting to gel now that David Mateos has played a few matches in purple and that's great to see. And Bryan Rochez has had a couple of super-sub performances off the bench and that could lead to a start this Friday.
Speaking of Friday, we are joined by Jason Iapicco from Once a Metro to preview this weekend's game at Red Bull Arena. Jason gives us the RBNY perspective and it's unanimous -- we all want Orlando City to finish ahead of New York City FC.
Here's how the magic happened:
0:26- We're thrilled with more points, excited to have Brek Shea back, and intrigued to see what Adrian Heath does with his lineup on Friday.
15:40- Jason jumps aboard to let us know what's changed with the Red Bulls since the last meeting and discusses what it takes to be successful in MLS.
38:02- Prognostication time! Who will start? What's the key to the match? Who will win? We take our best shot at getting it right for a change, and -- surprise! -- we're split on this.

The New York Jets in a Must win situation - did'nt. They're no longer in the AFC Wildcard Picture. The Texans have Some quality Defensive Players and one special wide reciever named DeAndre Hopkins.
The Jets lost more than a game, more than a playoff spot. They lost their star Defensive back Darrelle Revis to a concussion and Center Nick Mangold to a right hand injury that required stitches.
Each week the New York Jets have had a new and different problem costing them the game; excepting their Special Teams which have been a problem from the start of the season. This Team needs Offensive line help. A pass Rush and a sense of urgency.
Ryan Fitzpatrick and his injured companions had player execution problems again this week; Kenbrel Thompkins was inactive in favor of Devin Smith, who again could not deliver. Does Todd Bowles have what it takes to win situational Fooball and are he and Chan Gailey on the same page?
Let's talk Dolphin's. Yes, they're 6 -4 but that does'nt mean this Jets Team will beat them this Sunday.
Join Hosts Herb LaLane (@ThaKingofQueens) and James Boyd (@OneJetDrive) as we break it down and talk about our position in the AFC East and conference.
After a long grueling 162 games schedule, the Kansas City Royals and New York Mets will battle for the World Series title. The 2015 World Series marks the 111 meeting between the American League and National League. The AL leads the overall series 63-47.
The Royals are making their second consecutive trip to the series. Last year as the wildcard, the Royals lost in seven games to the San Francisco Giants. After six losing seasons, the New York Mets quietly shocked the baseball world by dominating the NL East. The Mets won the division by seven games over the Washington Nationals who were predicted my many to not only win the Division but win the world series. A preseason article http://espn.go.com/mlb/preview15/story/_/id/12588378/expert-team-predictions-2015-mlb-season polled 88 baseball experts before the season. 37 of the experts (42%) predicted the Washington Nationals would win the World Series.
Both teams have strength in pitching but in a different realm. The Mets could have the edge when it comes to starting pitching but the Royals have the edge in the bullpen. In either case, the traditionalists will tell you that pitching wins. The World Series can not end in a tie, so which team will win the pitching battle?
The Royals lead all postseason teams with a .271 team batting average scoring 63 postseason runs. Surprisingly, with all the attention given to Daniel Murphy and his home streak, the Mets are only batting .235. Both teams have speed and are aggressive on the bases. The Mets have swapped nine bases while the Royals have stolen seven bases. Which team will come through in the clutch?

How was the idea conceived? After making his first barrel of wine in California with his brother Josh and wine maker David Tate, formerly of Ridge Winery and now at Barnett Vineyards, Michael caught the bug: "For a long time I'd been enjoying wine as a fan-drinking it, taking classes, attending wine dinners-but it was not until I actually started participating in the process of working with the grape, turning it into wine, putting it into a bottle, and watching it develop over time, that I really started to understand wine. And when I would give my friends a bottle of wine with my name on it, most would respond by saying: 'I wanna do that too!' It was this experience that led Michael to conceptualize and start working on the City Winery business plan in 2006.
