Happy New Year. With the new year comes resolutions and goals. A popular resolution is to lose weight and eat right. Here to give us some tips on staying motivated is, Drew Basilicato, Certified Personal Trainer.
Drew was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He is the youngest of nine children. He was adopted into an American family, a Jewish mother and an Italian father. Drew was raised in Middlefield CT. He attended St. John’s University in Queens, NY where he studied marketing; he dropped out in 2006, to pursue a 1-year music career as a singer/song writer. Thereafter, Drew found his path which led him to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutritionist, Self-published author of Bye Bye Bad Diet and a Small Business Owner of Look Good Feel Good Fitness.
Drew views life as a blessing or a lesson.
