The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Joshua Becker Author of The More of Less.
Don’t Settle for More
Most of us know we own too much stuff. We feel the burden of our clutter. We tire of cleaning and managing and organizing. Our toy rooms are messy, our drawers won’t close, our closets are filled, and we can’t fit our cars in our garages. The evidence of clutter is all around us.
Meanwhile, this constant accumulation of stuff slowly begins robbing us of life. It redirects our God-given passions. It steals our greatest potential. It consumes our limited resources. And it distracts us from the very life we wish we were living.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
One of today’s most influential minimalist advocates, Joshua Becker, used to spend his days accumulating more and more. But then he realized how his possessions were not only failing to make him happy, they were actually keeping him from the very things that do. Instead of bringing fulfillment, they brought distraction. In The More of Less,
The Total Tutor Neil Haley, Jason The Public School Guy, and Jarrett will discuss the following education news:

Lance Loya has a passion for teaching people to be good teammates! He is the author of two books—the popular children’s book Be A Good Teammate and the newly released Building Good Teammates. Although Loya has spent most of his coaching career at the collegiate level, he has worked with players at nearly every level of basketball. His youth basketball camps are some of the nation’s largest and attended by several hundred players every summer, popular with aspiring players becasue of the emphasis on teamwork. Campers are reminded daily that good teammates care, good teammates share, and good teammates listen™.
A former point guard at Garrett Community College and the University of South Carolina-Upstate, Loya garnered a reputation for being a “coach” on the court and true student of the game. As a player, he earned Academic All-American honors, and went on to earn a Masters degree in sports management. He is presently the all-time most winning basketball coach in Mount Aloysius College history. Though innovative in his coaching techniques, Loya's philosophies are still deeply grounded in a strict adherence to fundamentals, discipline, and good sportsmanship, which he instills in players. Loya is two-time recipient of the Schoenfeld Award for sportsmanship, character, and ethics, presented by the Collegiate Basketball Officials Association (CBOA). His players have also been recognized for espousing these same values, Loya was a radio morning show disc jockey. Tina Trent - Tina will share first hand experience with delegate fraud. More proof of how corrupt our elections are.
Tina was raised in upstate New York and spent twenty-five years bouncing between Florida and Georgia. I have experience in journalism, teaching, refugee services, non-profit administration, lobbying, and crime victim advocacy, and a bunch of other, happier jobs. I am a researcher for Cliff Kincaid’s Soros Files, and I am available to speak on George Soros’ campaign to undermine America — and especially its justice system. I went to New College of Florida and hold a PhD. from the Institute for Women’s Studies at Emory University, where I worked under the conservative scholar Elizabeth Fox-Genovese and moved, politically, to the right. http://tinatrent.com

The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview ..Nathaniel Crosby author of 18 HOLES WITH BING: Golf, Life, and Lessons from Dad.
In 18 HOLES WITH BING, Bing Crosby’s son Nathaniel pays tribute to his father in eighteen enlightening stories, shedding light on our perception of Bing the singer, and describing how he was, to Nathaniel and many others alike, Bing the golfer.
Full of stories and entertaining anecdotes of Bing Crosby’s time on the course, the tournaments he created and later sponsored, and the lessons he shared with his son through the game, this book offers a new glimpse of a man and of a time in the golden era of Hollywood: Bing’s years entertaining troops throughout the war, his famous friends of stage and screen, his golf and entertainment tours throughout Europe, and, most of all, the humbleness with which America’s greatest star played America’s greatest pastime.
18 HOLES WITH BING is a collection of memories of a father and son on the golf course, and the lessons, about the game and about life, that Bing imparted. In it, Nathaniel Crosby introduces a whole new generation to his father, and showcases never-before-told stories of father and son and the unique sport that bonded them.
