in Real Estate
Adverse Possession is one of the most mis-understood concepts in real estate today. Many people THINK they can enter into a property which (they consider) abandoned and then proceed to set up house. They then think that if they can stay in the property so many years that they can then become the "legal owners" via "Adverse Possession".
Today on "It's My House" we shall put this urban myth to rest via our podcast titled: Adverse Possesion - A Thing Between Neighbors."
Please follow our slid show as well to get a better understanding of this concept.
in Indie Music

On this week's Cinema Royale, college hazing is taken to disturbing levels in Seth Rogen and Zac Efron's R-rated comedy, Neighbors! Plus, we'll take a look at the historical drama, Belle, which some have compared to 12 Years A Slave! Mae Abdulbaki of Punch Drunk Critics and The Movie Examiner joins us to review this week's biggest flicks.
We'll also have the latest info on Star Wars: Episode VII, a Lethal Weapon remake, and more straight from Hollywood!
Fresh hell on a polished silver platter. Tonight's guest Jim Neighbors joins us to discuss "Overpasses for America."
Overpasses is a non-partisan grass roots movement made up of everyday Americans who understand the value of the U.S. Constitution. Government is the problem, and in need of massive reform. The immediate goal is to see the corrupt Barack Hussein Obama held accountable for his many unconstitutional actions.
Other goals: removal of members of Congress who disregard the Constitution, engage in insider trading, crony capitalism, benefit unduly from their position, and attempt to make themselves exempt from laws that the American people are held to.
This week we cover one of my most highly anticipated comedies of the year, Seth Rogen and Zack Efron in Neighbors. Then it's on to something we've unfortunatley had to neglect this year while we travel to Westeros and talk some Game of Thrones. Julian's seen the animated Legend of Oz: Dorothy's Return, we'll see if it lives up to the iconic name of Oz or if it shouldv'e been left on the cutting room.
All this and more, this week on the Punch Drunk Podcast!
Do you have goals and dreams that you just want some support for? Are your family and friends the main ones giving you shyt about your accomplishments? Welll...the Good Book states that we should love our neighbors. I think we should love our haterz too! But first, let's answer a couple of THEIR questions so that they can feel free to go have several seats and watch our shine from the back!
DJ will be joining us as well to tell us what's the hell is on his mind today. Don't miss it.
There has been a transformation in America of what a neighbor is, does, and should do. We have moved from a society of everybody knows a few of their neighbors to more of a "Like a good neighbor, stay over there," mentality.
And that's ok.
Some don't get onboard and insist on befriending. Others are so solo they never acknowledge your existence.
Then you have neighbors that are pricks. They complain about you. They cause you trouble. They pick fights.
My neighbors did this a few times. Today, I'm going to talk about it with you, in full hearing-range of said neighbors and I would love if you called in or got in on the chat!
Truth on Tap: SUCKY NEIGHBORS airs today at 2pm EST!

Bob Borzotta, author of Neighbors From Hell, joins Jim Paris Live. Neighbors From Hell: Managing Today's Brand of Conflict Close to Home -- goes beyond the legal manuals and stories from the front to articulate the suffering and anxiety caused by noisy, in-your-face, trashy neighbors who are multiplying like bunnies, and present genuinely workable methods for managing these childlike adults by lawful and socially responsible means.
