Attorney Allison Folmar has been an Attorney for 15 years in the State of Michigan. While in law school Allison received an Award of Excellence in the field of juvenile law.
From 1988-1994 Allison was a Corrections Officer for the State of Michigan Department of Corrections and then went on to become a Probations Officer. Allison assisted in restructuring the Federal mandated Interstate Contact Agreement whereby people on probation and parole are handled so as not to fall through the cracks.
On the day Maryanne Godboldo’s story broke. Attorney Allison Folmar was in her car listening to the radio. She heard about the police stand off and her first thought was: “This woman is protecting her child from being drugged and they’re gonna take her baby? “Oh, no they’re not!”
The next day Allison took on the case pro bono.
And so began her 10 month battle on behalf of Maryanne Godboldo and her daughter.
She fought and won two legal battles on the fundamental premise that charging a parent with medical neglect for refusing to give their child a deadly drug is not only a complete oxymoron but a violation of the law.
The Israelite Heritage (IH) Elders will be speaking about the importance of understanding the gifts that the set-apart spirit of Yah imparts to us. I Timothy 4:10-16 (10) It is for this that we labour and struggle, because we trust in the living Yah, who is the Saviour of all men, particularly of those who believe. (11) Command and teach these matters. (12) Let no one look down on your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in behaviour, in love, in spirit, in belief, in cleanliness. (13) Until I come, give attention to reading of Scripture, to encouragement, to teaching. (14) Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the elderhood. (15) Practise these matters, be in them, so that your progress might be plain to all. (16) Pay attention to yourself and to the teaching. Continue in them, for in doing this you shall save both yourself and those who hear you.
"It is the neglect of timely repair that makes rebuilding necessary." ~ Richard Whately
Do you make a habit of putting yourself on the back burner while you attend to everyone else's needs? How's that working for you? Not to good? Then it might be time to confront the culprit - SELF NEGLECT.
Forgetting to eat, poor nutrition, not getting enough rest, forgetting your medication, burning the candle at both ends. These are all symptoms of self-neglect, and it's time you did something about it. Check your pride at the door and prepare to spend some time on Y-O-U.

THOR RADIO NETWORK;
THOR & Family will tackle yet another issue relating to the Family Structure and that is "Child Abuse and Neglect. Is it a crime to discipline our children? Can the corporate state and federal government interfere with disciplinary actions of parents? Do your kids belong to you or the state? What is child abuse? What type of discipline is needed for our children? Why are Sport figures under so much scrutiny for their personal behavior.? Are the so called laws dictating how we rear our children enforceable against the parents? Are schools partly to blame for the attack on parenting? Are the law enforcement community able to abuse, beat, and even kill our children, adults, but we cant discipline our children? We now have law enforcement dressed in paramilitary gear policing our schools under the guise of protecting our children.
Are they there to intimidate our children, even run a school to prison program? Is the public school system what is was years ago? Are there laws being inacted that will allow RFID chips to be put in our children under the guise of child safety. Are school teachers becoming state and government spies who reports what they deem as abuse or other concerns to authorities and "privately run" child protective services? Who are they Child Protective Service Agencies, are they government, or state agencies, or are they private run corporations for profit involved in a form of "human trafficking"? Lets put the facts on the table people. What is the THOR-ality (reality) of private run corporations controlling our lives.
We will look into the issues and more this Friday 11:00 am EST. This is a issue that attacks the family structure and needs addressing. Greg Doss will be a guest on the show and will be interviewed.

What Constitutes Animal Cruelty? Acts of violence or neglect made against animals are considered animal cruelty. Examples include overt abuse, dog fighting, and being neglected or denied the basic necessities of care, such as food, water, shelter, sanitation, grooming and veterinary care. Neglect is the failure to provide an animal with the most basic of requirements of food, water, shelter and veterinary care.Neglect is often the result of simple ignorance on the animal owner's part and is usually handled by requiring the owner to correct the situation.
Patrick the Dog Starved -Thrown Away As Garbage
The 22 story apartment building is equipped with garbage chutes on each floor for tenants. Someone had no more use for this dog. They had starved it to near death, put it in a garbage bag and threw it down the garbage chute. A maintenance worker cleans out the bin every few days and on Wednesday, March 16th, they were cleaning out the contents of the container to go directly into a trash compacter. The bag moved a little and the worker opened it to find a moribund dog inside -- pathetically thin, cold and near death.
http://njspca.org/ NJ SPCA The New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was created in 1868 and is the second oldest SPCA in the country. Its agents were established as Law Enforcement Officers in charge of investigating and prosecuting all persons involved in animal abuse and neglect.
Our mission today is the same as it’s always been. Through the tireless efforts of our highly trained and professional law enforcement personnel, we are making a difference…one animal at a time.

What is the role of masculinity in conversations about violence against women and girls? Why has the release of the film, India's Daughter which allowed us to hear the voice of a convicted felon threatened the very idea of it? Most importantly, how can the essence of masculinity be used towards finding ways to prevent violence against women and girls?
