We are meeting with World Pizza Champion Glenn Cybulski, Co-Founder of Persona Neapolitan Pizzeria.Persona Pizzeria offers a delicious and truly authentic Neapolitan Pizza at a great value without the long wait.
The pizza industry, once dominated by delivery and take out concepts, is now in the midst of reinventing itself to fit into the fast casual mold. And while there are a number of pizzerias jumping on the fast casual trend, none is more innovative than Persona Neapolitan Pizzeria, a create-your-own, hand crafted authentic Neapolitan pizzeria and only concept of its kind in the country with an Italian trained Pizzaiolo.
Having opened its first location in Santa Barbara, California in February 2013, Persona has since become the #1 pizzeria in the region and recently announced plans to expand its national footprint with a one-of-a-kind franchise opportunity.
We follow segment 1 up with clips from of our interview on CBS Radio and with the franchise king Joel Libava.
Over the last few years the best pizza in the world has made its way from the streets of Naples, Italy to the United States and Pizzeria Neo serves up some of the best you'll find.
After growing up in Naples and training under the pizza masters, Gaetano and Tony set up shop in St. Charles and Naperville Illinois and they brought all of the traditional ingredients with them.
You'll discover what makes Neapolitan pizza so amazing with your first bite at Pizzeria Neo. Their menu is simple; pizza, bruschetta, salad, salami, cheese, and of course wine.
My favorite is the Diavolo pizza, the Finocchiona salami, the Gorgonzola and Pecorino cheese. The Cannellini and Carciofi Bruschetta are must haves too.
If you can't make it to Naples then Neo is your next best stop. I promise that you'll love every bite.

What do you truly believe? How is what you believe affecting your life right now? According to the Great motivator himself, Neapolitan Hill, “what the Mind can Believe, It can Achieve”. Unfortunately, some of us are operating on a belief system that is very out dated and filled with false beliefs ,causing us to be stuck in a rut! What you believe affects your vibrational frequency which activates the Law of Attraction. If you want to know what you believe, then just take a look around your environment. What you believe is what you vibrationally attracted to you. If you see, make you happycontinue to believe the same things. On the other hand, if your life is not where you want to be, it’s time we take a serious look at what you are believing. There is a great possibility that what you are believing may has negatively affected your life and now it is time for an upgrade or a total change in your BELIEF SYSTEM. This lesson is not you tell what to believe, but how what believe is effecting you.

Robertino Loretti was born 22 October 1946 in Rome, Italy into a family of eight children. At the age of 10, Loretti delivered bakery products to local restaurants to help his family make ends meet. He was discovered and soughtafter when he performed at wedding reception in his home town.
Loretti began his professional singing career at Cafe Grand Italia where Neapolitan actor, Toto, and a Danish TV producer, Volmer Sorensen, noticed his talent and introduced him to the Danish TV audience. He became famous and sold milions of records.
As Loretti reached adulthood, his voice changed and his singing career also took a different path. He was no longer a young lad with a beautiful voice in the eyes of his fans but Loretti continued his singing career as he traveled through Europe, the US and Russia and appeared in concerts. His popularity, however, diminished as a baritone performer.
Loretti was exceptionally popular in Russia and embraced by the circle of Russian singers - Muslim Magomayev, Tamara Sinyavskaya, and Joseph Kobzon. The Russian Cosmonaut, Valentina Tereshkova, made a special request to have Robertino's records played before her space mission....more www.avtravel.org
Authenticity, history and tradition are words that define Mary Ann Esposito and the signature cooking style that has made her one of America's most loved television chefs. As the creator and host of the nationally televised PBS series, "Ciao Italia with Mary Ann Esposito™," Mary Ann has brought those values to millions of Americans. This year, the series celebrates its milestone 23rd season, making it the longest-running cooking series in television history.
For Mary Ann, the art of Italian cooking is a way of life. As a little girl growing up in Depew, New York, she watched her two Italian grandmothers create wonderful dishes. Both "nonnas," one Sicilian, and one Neapolitan, were Italian natives and professional cooks. This upbringing instilled in Mary Ann a deep appreciation for Italian food and culture, but it was a pivotal trip to Italy that made her ponder hosting a TV program to share her love. Thus, "Ciao Italia" was born. She has appeared on many television programs including "The Today Show," "Regis and Kelly Live," QVC, the Food Network, Discovery Channel, FOX, and radio, including Martha Stewart Radio, RAI Intnl., The Victory Garden, and Simply Ming, and many others, sharing the lessons she learned as a child with the world. Mary Ann has worked beside world-renowned chefs like Julia Child, Todd English, Daisy Martinez, Sara Moulton, Jacques Pepin, Martin Yan, and countless others who share the same passion for cooking. She is the recipient of many honors and awards, and has written 12 cookbooks. Her most recent is "Ciao Italia Family Classics," in October, 2011. Website: http://www.ciaoitalia.com/
