This week on The Natural Health Report, host Matthew David Hurtado chats with Psychologist & Dream Interpreter, Dr. Michael Lennox!
For over twenty years, Dr. Michael Lennox has interpreted thousands of dreams. His fascination with this nighttime phenomenon began when he was a teenager after reading his mother’s copy of Freud’s “Interpretation of Dreams.” Having had vivid and memorable dream experiences from the time he was a small boy, the notion that they could be analyzed and understood on a deeper level was an almost overpowering concept.
Initially, social situations in which people routinely expressed having had bizarre dreams offered him the opportunity to try out his newfound gift. As a young adult, he pursued any and all opportunities to learn more about the theories surrounding dream interpretation. Formal graduate study followed and he earned his Doctorate in Psychology in 2006.
His work as a dream interpreter eventually led him to the world of television and radio. He has since earned his position as the leading media expert in this field in the United States and Canada. He can be heard on various radio shows nationally, seen on many television shows and in print media on a regular basis. He travels frequently to lecture and lead workshops, and currently lives and conducts a private practice in Los Angeles. www.MichaelLennox.com
Jennifer Cobb, director of "...and Justice for All" is on air Thursdays at 6pmEST at "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio. Call-in to speak on air at (347)857.3293. Her shows have covered:
1) an interview with the mother of Sgt. James Brown, a battlefield veteran with PTSD who was killed in a Texas jail after serving two tours of duty in Iraq;
2) "Rally Against in-Custody Deaths and Police Brutality at the Georgia Capitol," which Mary Neal, director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill arranged.
3) interviews with friends of a Florida inmate who put forth strong claims he was wrongfully convicted.
4) Boycott4Justice: The concept that whereas American officials do not care about what citizens think, they do hold corporations in high regard. Therefore, Americans must enlist corporations' support for justice initiatives, which will only be done when Americans impact their profit margins with successful boycotts.
5) Divest or Resign: The concept that decision makers are private prison and jail investors and should be forced to either divest themselves and their immediate family members of corporate stock or resign from public service.

Many people were not prepared to comment initially, so we offer the opportunity to examine the National Adult Immunization Plan (NAIP) and comment here. Whenever one is considering medical procedures, one must check the providers' references. Below is "A Brief History of the Government's Respect for Human Life"

What has the Black Panthers accomplished in the black community so far and what should be our goals going forward. As a people we are unifying towards the inevitable Revolution against the slave holders society in the 21st Century and it is becoming apparent that they are scared. Since the killing of Black People has escalated in this country the Black Panthers have been there to organize and show the people that we must fight the White Establishment Power Structure.
We established three major programs that became a threat to the idea of a divided people in the 1960’s. The free breakfast and lunch Program in schools for low income families, we realized that our children could not perform as well in school distracted by hunger. Then we established the Doctors program of black doctors who went from door to door testing for the devastating sickle cell disease. The most successful voter registration program and self defense programs of martial arts classes for our young men. As well as weapons registration an purchase of guns for any civic organization outside of the US military and established the open display of weapons according to our Second Amendment Rights. With this knowledge we improved the quality of Black life in America and moved out of the Jim Crow era.
Now that we have done these things what we have coming for the People is Education of the masses on-line the EL HAJI MALIK SHABAZZ UNIVERSITY beginning this month. Now there are some crucial programs we must create, first we must establish real Hospitals for our people to receive fair and impartial medical services. Second we must teach our people that Healthy eating is the best medicines we can practice and establish FROM THE FARM TO THE TABLE PROGRAMS and Fresh Seafood Programs.

Vast numbers of us find ourselves shamed or ashamed as a direct result of having been psychiatrized. What if this is not an accident? Could it be that toxic shame is a direct intention of psychiatry, not just a byproduct? Is psychiatry using shame in the same way it uses other so-called ‘treatments’ – as a means to silence dissent, marginalize critique and enforce compliance with dominant culture ‘norms.’ Regardless of intentions, what is the implication of an entire profession actively exploiting clinician-patient power differentials so that its members are free to force their will on vulnerable, unconsenting service recipients?
In this episode, we explore our lived experiences with what we are coming to term ‘psychiatric molestation.’ We discuss how the medical model has positioned psychiatry to ‘have its way with us’ in body, mind and spirit. We openly challenge the violation inherent in any posture of ‘clinical intercourse’ which dictates that the psychiatrist is always on top, dominant and entitled to exercise power, while relegating patients to the bottom, submissive, receptacle role. Finally, and most importantly, we ask how we can overcome iatrogenic shame and recover from the damage that psychiatry has done to us on physical, mental, moral, social and existential levels.
