Young Adults Talk "Breaking Chains" welcomes "Healthy Friday's with The Rapha Natural Health Institue. Every Friday 8pm EST. it's our natural health day for families to get educated on our well being.
This week, I will be discussing natural cancer therapies with three experts in the field. You will find out what the most potent and well-proven strategies for preventing and treating cancer are. You do have alternatives to barbaric procedures like surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. Tune in to find out more!
Ty Bollinger is a CPA, health freedom advocate, cancer researcher, former competitive bodybuilder, and author of the best-selling book Cancer – Step Outside the Box. After losing several family members to cancer (including his mother and father), Ty refused to accept the notion that chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery were the most effective treatments available for cancer patients. He began a quest to learn all he possibly could about alternative cancer treatments and the medical industry. What he uncovered was shocking. There is ample evidence to support the allegation that the “war on cancer” is largely a fraud and that multinational pharmaceutical companies are “running the show.” Most importantly, Ty Bollinger is a committed Christian, a devoted husband, and the father of three wonderful children. His website is www.CancerTruth.net.

Every day, you make choices about what you will eat, what products you will put on your skin and in your hair, and what products you will use to clean your home and possessions. Many choices are already made for us, by government agencies, food and drug companies, and technology based organizations. We are assaulted on every side with challenges unique to our generation: health and well-being issues created by toxic food, air, and water, and electropollution, which increases daily.
It's a fact: We're not in Kansas anymore, Toto.
So how do we know which choices are best for us and our familes? Where do we start to separate out marketing ploys from reality, and deception from truth? It begins with the choice to take back responsibility for our health, and to get familiar with our body's "User Guide" - our Creator's original design and plan for our bodies.
Join Sandy Bloomfield as she explores today's most important health concerns, and gathers and presents information from some of the best natural resources available to offer choices to all who value their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Just because this planet has an expiration date doesn't mean you have to get sick along with it! Choose to live the adundant life, starting now!

Host Bob Whelan with guest Jim Bryan
Jim has done it all in the field of strength training and has over 50 years experience. He is a High Intensity Training pioneer and was one of the earliest college strength coaches to use the HIT philosophy way back in the early 70’s. He was truly one of the first college strength coaches period. Jim was also one of the first people to work directly with Arthur Jones in Deland, Florida back in the early 70’s. I will be picking Jims brain tonight for some insight to those colorful days working with Arthur in Deland.
Natural Strength Night is an informative, humorous, sometimes a little raucous, good-time of myth busting and honest training information from the trenches. We strive to help everyone involved with old school strength training (without steroids) to not make some common training mistakes. Along with great information, you'll hear a fair share of steroid bashing, flamingo sightings, breaking goons, iron game history, and honest drug-free training information from various leaders and strength coaches in the field to help you get real results! If your primary training information comes from reading "Muscle & Fiction" magazine we'll help get you straightened out. If you love high-intensity strength training, dinosaur style training and just like lifting heavy weights ... or loved Jack Lalanne, Sandow, Grimek, Peary Rader's old Iron Man magazine, Brad Steiner's articles, Stuart McRobert's Hardgainer, Iron Nation, Osmo Kiiha's The Iron Master, you will love the show.
