Tari Prinster is a cancer survivor, yoga teacher and author. She is the Founder of Yoga4Cancer, LLC (y4c) and the Retreat Project (nonprofit) – businesses that are bringing specialized yoga cancer survivors through classes & retreats. Also she leads a robust teacher training program to help enable yoga teachers to best adapt all styles to fit the unique needs of cancer patients & survivors.
In Tari’s own words, she recounts her background with yoga and cancer: ‘When I was fifty, I started a yoga practice on a hunch it would ease menopausal symptoms. It did! That was sixteen years ago. Today, I am an example that it is never too late to start, never too late to change. Yoga made me feel younger and stand straighter. I sleep better, my weight is good, and my bones are strong.
I found yoga a powerful tool to manage the daily challenges of cancer treatments as well as the side effects and life-long vulnerabilities they create. I discovered yoga was more than a way to stay healthy. It gave me emotional support and spiritual comfort so needed during recovery.
I was curious why yoga was doing so much for me. My research made it clear why yoga strengthens the immune system, thus providing, among other things, protection against a cancer reoccurrence.

Neale Monks has been keeping aquaria for more than 20 years but has always been particularly interested in oddball and brackish-water fish.
Neale studied zoology at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, after which time he worked as a marine biologist before earning his Ph.D. in paleontology at the Natural History Museum in London. He now writes for most of the major fishkeeping magazines and writes the monthly Fish Health exclusive for FishChannel.com. He recently edited 'Brackish-Water Fishes', the first truly comprehensive account of this increasingly popular part of the fishkeeping hobby.
Contributing Author of
AQUARIUM FISH INTERNATIONAL Magazine
Neales Own Words:
daily contributor to Bob Fenner's WetWebMedia (do many of the freshwater questions), monthly Q&A contributor to Practical Fishkeeping, and a pretty sizeable heap of articles in TFH, Aquarium Fish and most of the other English language magazines. Mostly write about community fish, oddballs and brackish, though for FishChannel.com my slant is mostly fish healthcare.
Stop by The Euphoric Network on March 28th at 3 pm EST to listen to Neale speak the brackish-water community aquarium and the compatible species for this scenario. Call in LIVE to ask this expert any question you may have in reference to anything brackish or any of the above bio interests but, please try to remain within today's topic.
A best friend is one who loves you just the way you are, and yet helps you to be all you can be. Jesus is my special Best Friend because no one has ever loved me as He does. He loved me so much that He gave His life for me. And He loves me today just as much as He did then
"Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son ... beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwells in us, and HIS LOVE IS PERFECTED IN US" (I Jn. 4:10-12). Can words make it plainer that God's love in Christ is given to pass into us and to become our life? We shall then love God as He loved us. We shall then love one another as Christ has loved us. And we shall then love the world with the same love which God in Christ revealed upon the cross!
Some who read these lines may be bruised and battered by life. Some of you may be lonely and cast down. Some of you may feel all alone. If you are a father, or a mother, then you know something of the love of a parent for a child. You know something of a love that reaches out after a child, even in its waywardness; a love that reaches out to a child that has been hurt; a love that reaches after a child who has deserted its family; a love that NEVER LETS GO. All of that tender compassion of a parent's love is but the faintest shadow of the infinite love of God which knows no measure; a love that, indeed, could never let us or any man go. When we become children of God, we enter into that parental love of God. How sad that so many who call themselves children of God are, as the apostle warned, "without natural affection," stubbornly willing to consign the vast majority of God's wayward sons to everlasting damnation, yea, demanding, as judge and jury, that they be damned, rather than loving them infinitely and omnipotently as God loves them!
Good morning Church! Today we are reading Romans Chapter 12.
Paul has some ideas for Christians who really want to live in harmony with each other and be close to God. Christians should give their whole being over to God so he can fill them up with everything that is good and wonderful and all around awesome in his eyes. They do not want to be doing what everyone else is doing (it's so conformist), but they want to be transformed into new people who can intimately know God. Sounds like a plan. Some pointers to start: don't get cocky, keep a level head, and use common sense. Good ideas… we should be taking notes. Paul says that Christians are like the different parts of the body. Everyone has different gifts, too. Some people are good at predicting the future, some at ministering to others, some at teaching, some are generous, some are natural leaders, and some are just plain compassionate. All these gifts are important and a-okay with God. Overall, Christians should do what's loving and give a big roundhouse kick to the face to everything that's evil. They should love each other a lot, serve God, be patient when bad things happen, welcome strangers who need their help, be kind to people who are out to get them, and basically live in harmony with everyone and everything. Oh, Lord, kumbaya. As for people who tick you off, don't be filled with anger and vengeance. Leave that up to God. "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord." You should even be cool to your enemies. If they need food, give it to them. If they're hungry, crack open an ice cold Coke and hand it over. Really just kill them with kindness, Paul says. It's the only way that you might make them feel ashamed of what they're doing to you. Paul sums all this up with a final piece of advice: don't get taken over by evil. Instead, take over the whole world with good. Totally. Thanks to www.shmoop.com
Steve, an etheric healer with over 25 years experience, will work with the callers to help improve their physical and / or emotional well-being.
Talking with Steve allows him to connect to your etheric body. He can then scan it to find problem areas and help remove them.
Some of the things he has successfully helped others with include: stress relief, sciatica, sinus congestion, migraines, tendinitis, burns, lung congestion, bronchitis, headache, gout, kidney stones, joint pain, muscle pain, breast cancer, pain caused by cancer and its treatment, pain and inflammation reduction after surgery, and much more. Generally, if Steve can feel it in the etheric, he can help.
Recently, Steve started doing peak performance meditations with others. While you meditate he brings the appropriate energies to your chakras. This not only allows you to operate at peak performance but also initiates you with spirit.
