Please join us this coming Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. PST and 7:00 p.m. EST for a live showwith host Denise Messenger. Our special guest is Joey Allessandrini. We will be discussing his book, "You Can't Stop Time". Joseph Alessandrini is the director of Anti Aging Synergy LLC. Educated in Political Science, International Relations and Philosophy, he has been actively involved in anti-aging on a professional level for many years. He also has continued in his pursuit of understanding by continuing his efforts to explore the boundaries of philosophic thinking as it relates to everyday living. It is a great and unending effort requiring a singular persistence, an unending search and much study. For Joey it is and has been a lifelong activity as “there is always more to know.” Finding himself afflicted with severe degenerative and debilitating conditions which were found to be caused solely and only by the fact of aging led to his personal interest and activity with aging and anti-aging. As a result and over the years, he has successfully worked with many individuals, men and women of all ages, in the establishment of their individually unique and comprehensive anti-aging programs. In combining all of this, Joseph Alessandrini has become a leading researcher and practitioner in field and art of anti-aging. You asked for it and we deliver!

Please join Health Educator and Life Coach, Erica Haray-Butcher, as she chats again with Life Coaches Shawna O'Hagan Morrow and Jen Gotti about courage, kindness, and compassion.
Shawna helps women "find their feisty," while also helping them silence their inner mean girl. Jen is an empowerment coach who helps people by coaching them around leadership and goals. And Erica is a health educator and coach who helps people get healthier- body, mind, and soul.
Together, they are hilarious. I kid you not. (Pun intended...)
Join the dynamic trio for a 45 minute chat about courage, kindness, and compassion, and a whole lot of laughing too. Maybe more laughing than anything, but hey- how can that be bad??
To learn more about Shawna, go to www.ShawnaMorrow.com. To check out Jen, her website is www.JenGotti.com. And Erica can be found at www.CatchGoodHealth.com.

The Black Christian church community is still behind when it comes to dealing with the issue of mental health. Dr. Tynisha Drennon, a licensed pastoral counselor, educator, and minister is the founder of Brighter Day Counseling Services and Clinical Pastoral Education resident at Einstein Health Systems in Philadelpha, PA. joins Pastor Neal to discuss how to care for one's mental and spiritual health. Energy. Everybody wants more energy. Just look at the line ups at your local Starbucks or check out the cold beverage display at 7-11 where energy drinks have taken over. But what if you could produce endless energy without the aid of caffeinated beverages? You can and my guest this week is going to discuss her everyday tips and tools that will change your energy levels and thereby your life. If you want to have endless energy consistently, tune in this week to find out what you can do starting today to make this a reality.
Debra Greene began her energy exploration at the age of 24 when she traveled alone to Egypt, India, China, Colombia, and elsewhere in search of life's unseen mysteries. She studied Tai Chi with Master Liang, an 84 year old Chinese Master who could propel someone twice his size across the room without even touching them. At Ohio State University she formalized her experiential understanding of how human energies work with a rigorous and rare Ph.D. in Communication and Somatic Studies (Body-Mind Integration). Debra trained in kinesiology muscle testing and at once saw the potential for communicating with the body-mind system. She developed Inner Clarity (IC), an energy balancing method that uses the feedback of kinesiology energy testing to pinpoint hidden limiting beliefs and a vast array of energy-based techniques to transform them.
