Have you ever attempted to astral travel? Do you even know what it is? When we sleep at night we all have a tendency to astral journey. Our subconscious separates from our resting, physical body and we journey. At times we would swear that we had spent time with someone we know. Perhaps that someone was sound asleep in their bed, or watching TV, or something else that is an everyday occurrence. However that someone didn’t see you! You question them the next day how their evening went and they reply “I was thinking about you all night”! Energetically they picked up on your presence. Energetically you visited them. It doesn’t take they sleep state to achieve this projection process. What it does take is a conducive to astral travel brain wave state and an acceptance that it can be done. Join the Mystic 3 as we discuss astral travel/ projection, and remote viewing. Elaine will then take you through a meditation to experience this type of journey yourself. We do strongly suggest that driving or operating heavy machinery while listening to this particular episode not be done.
Listen to it live, and then call-in and share with us your personal experiences!!!
How did we get here in healthcare? Through a series of small decisions, inadvertently leading to a disaster. Patients no longer matter: metrics do. Value is about metrics. Payment is about value. Value is about "metricable" value, not patient and physician and societl values. Dr Jonas your host will comment on this and refer to a blog post:The Devaluation of the Doctor http://drelainageorge.com/?p=1122 by Dr Elaine George, an ENT physician with pretty good insights.

Host Liz Venable chats with young author Kai Nedd about her new release "Graciously Flawed", how it feels to drop your first release at the age of 18 and her thoughts on the Literary world thus far. This is an interview you don't want to miss...
Kai is a 17 year old writer who was born and raised in Manhattan New York. At a young age Kai watched as her Aunts Jessica and Danielle Lovett wrote amazing pieces that had her thinking she could the exact same thing. After reading both of their works she was inspired to go out on her own endeavor in the wonderful world of writing. “When I write I aim to target the full figured community. I feel like we’ve grown into something much more and I’m excited to share that with those who aren’t aware”, she says. Kai also says that many women like her mother Elaine Lovett, Anita Marshall, Essie Golden, ChardlineChanel-Faitea , Nadia Aboulhosn , Precious Victoria Lee and Joie Fulani inspired her to embrace who she is and she can only hope to inspire young women like they’ve inspired her.

Last week we talked about how disruptive technologies will empower the future of HR, and this week we’re going to talk about how improving the candidate experience empowers a better workforce.
The hiring economy today is highly complex. Even though job growth has improved dramatically in the past 14 months, employers still struggle to fill jobs due to talent shortages.
The Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards were created to provide a universal measure of the candidate experience. The “winners” are the ones empowering a better workforce.
Join TalentCulture #TChat Show co-founders and co-hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we talk about how improving the candidate experience empowers a better workforce with this week’s guests: Elaine Orler, Chairman and Co-Founder of the Talent Board and the CandEs; and Gerry Crispin, Co-Founder of the Talent Board and the CandEs.
Thank you to all our TalentCulture sponsors and partners: Dice, Jibe, RecruitiFi, TalentWise, Hootsuite, IBM, CareerBuilder, PeopleFluent, Silkroad, Predictive Analytics World for Workforce and HRmarketer Insight. Plus, we're big CandE supporters!
