Join us this week as my guest Pastor Devin Miller and I discuss issues facing our society today and the churches response or lack of response to the events in the news. Do the current events local and national have any end time ramifications? The issues of race are hitting the fan like never before, but it shall not be as it was before. Issues of over racism and the true injustices endured by Blacks in this country is now coming to light more than ever before. What is the churches response and what is the response of the Kingdom.

    A Caper at Camden Yards

    in Politics

Unlike Ferguson, a small suburb of St Louis, Baltimore is a city of more than 600,000 people. The city is about two-thirds African-American.Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, the African-American mayor of Baltimore, called the rioting "heart breaking" but said there was no excuse for violence, whatever the community frustrations over Mr Gray's death. The Telegraph
A National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders, known as the Kerner Commission after its chair, Governor Otto Kerner, Jr. of Illinois, was an 11-member commission established by President Lyndon B. Johnson to investigate the causes of the 1967 race riots in the United States and to provide recommendations for the future.
The Kerner Commission report's most famous passage warned, "Our nation is moving toward two societies, one black, one white—separate and unequal."

    in Paranormal

Due to technical and logistic issues, tonight's episode of Spaced Out Radio has been cancelled.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

For over 15 years, Mr. Martell has been one of the leading researchers and lectures specializing in ancient civilization technologies. Mr Martell's research has been featured worldwide on numerous television and radio networks such as The Discovery Channel, Syfy Channel, and the BBC. He is currently a regular guest on the show "Ancient Aliens" on the History Channel. His latest book "Knowledge Apocalypse" is available on Amazon.com.

Most recently Mr. Martell garnered worldwide attention by recreating a working model of one of science's most profound mysteries - the "Baghdad Battery". Residing in the national museum of Iraq, the discovery of this 2,000 year old device suggests the modern day battery was not invented in 1800 by Count Alassandro Volt, but was in use two millennia earlier. Mr Martell's recreation was instrumental in proving the Baghdad Battery was capable of generating current.

Brody Siebert, Dirt Road Angels & Curtis Braly

    in Music

    BRODY SIEBERT

Born and raised in the small farming community of Spiritwood, Saskatchewan, Brody Siebert grew up in a family full of musical talent. He flew down to Nashville in November of 2014 where he recorded three songs. One of the songs titled "Lay It On Me Tonight" came out the gate with lots of hometown support where it spent 4 days as the number one requested song on Saskatoon's 92.9 The Bull and hit number 85 on the Country Mediabase charts in its first month at radio

    DIRT ROAD ANGELS

The five talented, creative and seasoned recording artists that make up Alberta's Dirt Road Angels are: Shawna Lynne, Shila Marie, Danita, Karen Claypool and Dahlia Wakefield. Their brand new album is called Paint The Town Red. It features catchy country rock songs such as the title track, which is their first single; the upbeat and fun song "Make Me Wanna"; they get tender on "Memories" and show their heartwarming side on "Best Friend." All are songs they wrote and performed at their 2014 Canadian Country Music Association Diamonds in the Rough showcase.

    CURTIS BRALY

Country music became Curtis Braly's first love. While in school, he took advantage of every performing opportunity given to him. In the eighth grade, he won first place in a talent contest singing "Old Time Rock-n-Roll". That set things in motion for Curtis to seriously pursue performing live. "Something magical happened to me on that stage," he said. "I knew that music was my destiny, there is no other feeling like it!" This Texas artist's latest single is called "Doors Closing Everywhere."

The Smoking Glass Hour with Baron Glass

    in Social Networking

    7:30 PM -

Haley Ellerbe is 18 years old a senior at Caldwell Parish High School. She has been riding since she was 10 years old. Her first horse was an 8 year old grade mare.

Haley learned to ride and basic horseman ship skills on her. Haley began to attend the Columbia play days and competed in all events. She won all around cowgirl her second year of riding and also won the cowboy extreme challenge when she was 12 years old.

Then it was time to upgrade and my mom bought me my first true barrel horse a 6 year old bay mare when I was 13. Her name was Fancy. I junior high rodeo for one year and decided I like jackpot barrel runs and local rodeos better.

Fancy was good at her job but I had out grown her and my mom bought me my true love. A flea bit grey gelding name Flash like Jack aka Speckles. He and I have won the teenage youth and open barrel division for the last 3 years in the Northeast Louisiana Rodeo Association.

I have 16 belt buckles and my biggest check from chasing cans is $890 for a 16 second run.

Speckles usually runs in the 1d or 2d division at jackpot barrel runs. He has his own unique way of chasing cans. He slides in on his back end and digs out with his front end. Believe me if you aren't holding the saddle horn when he turns you will go right off his back end. I love this horse. He gives his all whether he is sore from a long weekend of running or from being out of shape. This horse will never have another home. He is spoiled and loves to eat French Fries, and butter cookies.

8:30 PM - Join us as we discuss The Drug War, Mass Incarceration and Race. How it continues to destroy communities across the Country.
