Nancy is an authentic, passionate, and successful example of how you can live the life you want with the right mindset and foundation, regardless of the challenges you face.
Additionally, Nancy goes out dancing at night, spends time with her friends, goes to the gym, takes her dog for walks, travels solo, and is always reaching out to meet the next challenge in life head-on with a smile on her face.

Title: Joy IS the Holy Spirit!
Joy is one of the highest vibrations that we can manifest. And the Holy Spirit, which many of us strive to achieve on our spiritual paths, comes with an unmitigated joy. This joy has been described as a joy that is the acceptance of things as they are, of things that cannot be changed and therefore we will deal with them in joy. Joy is also the alchemical formula for changing the things that we can change.
Join us and guest Alberta Fredricksen as we explore what it means to live in a vibration of joy and experience the Holy Spirit as a powerful force in our lives to free us from limiting beliefs and to infuse us with the fire and creativity to make all things new. Alberta Fredricksen is a Conflict and Spiritual Life Coach and author. She has served in educational settings as a teacher, school administrator, human resources administrator, university instructor, negotiator for both labor and management, consultant and coach. She is the author of Transforming Everyday Conflict: Tools, Tips and Roadmaps to Better Communication and Stronger Relationships, Resume of a Disciple: Stepping Up Spiritually, and the AMERICA Rosary to Unite the I AM Race.

Guilt is a characteristic that is as natural to the human experience as breath. Join Nancy Gentle Boudrie as we look at this debilitating emotional mindset, and the power we have to choose a more positive and healthier emotional mindset of understanding, acceptance and forgiveness.
“Guilt upon the conscience, like rust upon iron, both defiles and consumes it, gnawing and creeping into it, as that does which at last eats out the very heart and substance of the metal.” – Robert South

And giving back is a huge part of Sports Palooza, so we have TWO athletes who stop by and talk about what they are doing to give back to their communities:

Major League Baseball player Roy Smalley used the lessons first learned from his father and uncle and as a Little Leaguer® at Westchester National Little League in Los Angeles, Calif., to become a professional athlete, a successful businessman, broadcaster, and advocate of youth baseball and softball through his work as the President of Pitch in for Baseball. To recognize those achievements, Mr. Smalley has been named the 2014 recipient of the William A. “Bill” Shea Distinguished Little League® Graduate Award. He stops by to talk about the organization and the importance of little league baseball!
And, of course, we welcome back Nancy Flynn of the ePolicy Institute as she shares our social media faux pas of the week!
It's a great show!
While watching the Nancy Grace show in the wee hours this morning, I was very much insulted as she interviewed someone close to the family of Michael Brown, the unarmed 18 year old who was murdered by Police Officer Darren Wilson.
I'm not sure if the gentleman that she interviewed was a family member or friend, because I began to listen several moments after the dialogue began. But whattook me by surprise was how Nancy Grace jumped all over this man verbally as he spoke on Michael Brown's "homegoing" because she wanted to stress the fact that Michael was dead.
How dare she insult this Brother's belief system like that! Who is she to be so arrogant and empowered to do such a thing?
As you will hear in the thoughts I shared in this recording, this situation clearly shows how any semblance of a "Black Afrikan/Motherland/Original spiritual belief system is not acceptable for the masses to absorb especially on the airwaves of the oppressor's media outlets.

Ann Chapman is a celebrated rosarian from New Zealand who is the author of several books on roses including "Women In My Rose Garden". About 20 years ago, she and her husband purchased Trinity Farm that they transformed into the largest organic, no spray rose gardens in New Zealand with over 1500 roses under cultivation.
Many of our best-loved heritage roses are named after women and in Ann Chapman book "The Women In My Rose Garden" she explores the lives and stories behind the evocative names. We may be familiar with Mary Queen of Scots, Amy Robsart and Jeanne d'Arc, but who were Adelaide d'Orléans, Nancy Steen and Nur Mahal? Among the 35 women described here are serene queens, duchesses and aristocrats, courageous heroines and pioneers, as well as the passionate gardeners who contributed much to the cultivation and preservation of the roses named for each one.
