Oliver C. Brown (sometimes credited as Oliver Brown) is an American percussionist, born December 1, 1946, in Berkley, CA. Brown was one of the original members of KC and The Sunshine Band. For four decades, Brown has played with a wide array of artists, from Natalie Cole to Jermane Jackson.
Brown's first big break came in Florida with TK Records as their in house percussionist. He recorded and/or toured with most of their artists. Following this, he became one of the original members of KC and The Sunshine Band as they recorded their 1974 debut album Do It Good, followed by the album KC and The Sunshine Band, which featured their first number one hit on the Billboard charts, "That's The Way (I Like It)."
In the late 1970's early 1980's, Brown was priviledged to record and tour with such artists as Jermaine Jackson, The Whispers, Larry Vann, Billy Preston. Leo Sayer, Al Jarreau, Natalie Cole, Thelma Houston and many more recording artists with Warner Brothers, Capitol Records, and Motown.
Eventually he became the third member of the trio Gravity 180, which he considers to be his greatest artistic achievement to date. Brown also performs with Nils, a Billboard #1 Smooth Jazz artist and has done so on all of Nils' albums. He continues to perform with Nils and Gravity 180, as well as with other prominent artists from around the world.

Sebastian Flatt here. Born September 7, 1993 in Texas but, you don't know me well enough for that so it's just Yung T to my fans. Just another average person with a dream of doing something he loves, writing lyrics and making songs. Started out writing poems as a young kid. I was always interested in knowledge and how the world works. It wasn't until the 8th grade that I began to take my love for music serious and started learning the basics. Instantly I found myself lost in notes and a notepad. And instead of notes...it was quotes. I knew how school would end up and dropped out to chase my dream. I did go back because I thought maybe I had chosen the wrong path, ya know to give it another try but, I was already too far gone in the music. Didn't finish school yet but I plan to. I do have to say though, Music Is My Life! I heard it said Mistakes Make Greats...and here I stand!!!!
Zone P is a producer/rapper/writer all in one. Burgeoning from the DMV area, his music captures listeners with quality and reality. Encouraging others to pursue any dreams and goals they have in life. Zone was quickly catapulted to provide that same motivation through self produced beats and life experiences.
Born Michael Jenkins, music has always been apart of him. Coming from a musically inclined family, only validated the passion and contentment of becoming a rising star. He started rapping at an early age about his surroundings. It was therapy for him to express what /how he was feeling about anything. That led to Zone creating music from scratch with his own distinct sound. Consisting of eerie synths, triumphant horns and somewhat a r&b feel, his music would put the listener in a "zone". He soon chose to name himself Zone. Adding P at the end for "production", which was quickly abbreviated to a single letter. He went on to self producing 3 mixtapes that were accepted locally. With no management, a buzz was created, but wasn't big enough to capture ears and reach the right hands. Not one to be discouraged, he kept pursuing a music career in hopes of finding proper management.
Zone is in a lane of his own. Claiming the DMV as home and inspiration for "zoned out" tracks and thought provoking lyrics. His message through music is motivation for everyday living as well as life in general. From the hood to the suburbs, young to old, male to female, all genres of people relate to it. Zone is hitting the streets with quality music and hot production that only adds fuel to the fire! World get ready.....
****Listen out for Zone on the Young Women of Empowerment Mixtape entiled "Faith 2 Believe," set to be released 09/01/2014.****
