Peter is the author of more than forty novels. His collaboration with Tom Clancy, Against All Enemies, debuted at #1 on the New York Times Bestsellers List. Additionally, he has written many bestselling novels based on Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, Endwar, and Splinter Cell video game series.
Peter has researched extensively and received many outstanding accolades including this:
“It's about time a solid thriller writer looked to the ethos and extraordinary combat capabilities of U.S. Marines and gave the genre a welcome boost. With advice and counsel from real Leathernecks who know the breed intimately, Peter Telep has written a roller-coaster story that genuinely evokes the colorful character of the Corps."—Captain Dale Dye, USMC (Ret)
The Secret Corps, is his debut novel as an independent author.
“It's a genuine pleasure to be on Stacy's wonderful show. I've spent two years writing and researching The Secret Corps, working alongside some of America's best military veterans. The novel is, indeed, a mystery as four Marine Corps veterans struggle to solve a murder and are led on a harrowing and extraordinary adventure.” ~ Peter Telep

Look at all the wonderful movies out there just waiting to be watched! Seems these days, many of the highly coveted films are those derived from comic books. The most popular are those being delivered by superhero comic book giants like Marvel (The Avengers) and DC (Batman). What you may not know is that there are many graphic novels that have been made into movies, who's characters don't have super human strength, nor do they have the physical ability to fly. In this weeks conversation, my co-host, Internet movie critic Larry Domkowski of Must See Movie, and I, Greg Morgan, the Reel Movie Guy, will do our best to stay away from superheroes and gravitate more toward the heroes from other graphic novels that were made into movies.
Our show will be broadcast live on Blog Talk Radio and from 11:00 pm until 11:30 pm EDT, then continuing our conversation on Google Hangouts On Air from 11:30 pm-ish until 12:00 am-ish EDT...
I have a story which will inspire. I suffered a stroke in July, 2013. In November, 2013 I lost my job as a Regional Sales Manager, and I was forced into retirement at the age of 64 since one want wanted to hire me because of my medical history and Age. So what did I do?
I wrote and published the Fiction/ Thriller novel, “Enemy in the Heartland”, which has been receiving 5 star reviews. You can check out all of the reviews on Amazon.com, or on my web site. Almost half of the reviews have been from women!
I have been promoting the book on numerous Talk Shows which have been aired not only in the US, but also in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Canada. Please visit my web site, www.StephenSchwertleyAuthor.com to see the list of prior Talk Show interviews I have given, and please take the time to listen to as many as you can. Prior book interviews ran from 15 minutes, up to two hours. I would love to see if we can schedule an interview in on your show?
Michael R. Collins was born at a very young age in the wilds of southern Idaho. After a few decades he finally got his fill of all the sagebrush and rattlesnakes he could eat and journeyed forth to the creative bosom of Austin, Texas. Writing has always been tantamount to breathing, and he’s done a lot of both. Harboring massive commitment issues, he tends to write across all genres. Sticking mainly with dark fiction (to placate the evil monkeys in his head) his first published novel, Night Shall Overtake has been published by Black Bed Sheet Books.
When not writing he’s daydreaming about writing at work. Or playing bass. Or daydreaming about playing bass while writing. Or broadcasting Saint Zero’s Headphone Bleed. You can catch it live every Sunday night at www.live365.com/stations/saintzero or just great continuous music anytime. Previous episodes of the Live Bleed Thingy are here on the Headphone Bleed page.
Michael R Collins' 5-star reviewed murder-mystery novel, Night Shall Overtake, is the topic of this interview!
