Jorge completed two Tough Mudders this year; not back-to-back, but close enough to earn a speed dial position on his doctor's cell phone.
Tune in to hear Jorge Maldonado share his personal views on why a Tough Mudder should be on everyone's kick-the-bucket list.
He will also share why teamwork and self-motivation was key to getting unlimited ass slaps and hugs from his teammates.
And, based on Jorge's profile picture from his most recent Mudder, it appears as if he might have an acting career in his future--"Bruce Lee's Daughter vs. The Jorgezilla."

Monday November 26, 2012 8:30pm EST 2012 World's Toughest Mudder Part One
In Part I of the 2012 World's Toughest Episode, you will meet over a dozen participants as they begin their journey.
You will also hear from Tough Mudder HQ to see how they approach this $15,000 top prize race as opposed to their usual comraderie-driven "challenge".
As the early evening hours roll on, a leader emerges, and its not who you think.
In Episode 2, we go deep into the late night and early morning hours to find out what everyone at the World's Toughest Mudder is really made of.
In the days following, I was able to catch up with many of the athletes and ask them about their post race thoughts.
One of those people was Justin Dieter, who was quite vocal last year about Pak's race strategy. Listen in to see how he fared this year (without a tent) and see if he changed his tune.
Another 120 minutes plus of WTM 2012 coverage awaits.
Arin sits down with several first-time competitors in Chicago's Tough Mudder, a grueling endurance challenge that require participants to complete extaordinary athletic feats through ice cold water, waist-deep mud and live wires. Abby and Jordan explain what they learned from the experience and how it applies directly to your workplace! For more information on things like workplace relationships, in-groups and out-groups and the power of inclusive teamwork inside the office, head to our website at www.nextions.com
This week's episode came a day late due to having school commitments. School work first! With that said it is on for tonight! Check it out 8 pm! I will be discussing my weekend participating in the Tough Mudder, 5k Color Run and my hair! Chopped it all off! Special Guest Bebe Bellamont calling in so listen up! <3
Ray Upshaw has one of the most recognizable features in obstacle racing. (The entire Tough Mudder pledge tattooed on his back for those that don't already know)
He has done 27 Tough Mudders and counting, is highly ranked in the Spartan 300 elites and just completed 9 laps at the recent Superhero Scramble. At every event, there are 100s who know him and love him.
So why does his facebook fan page currently list "my backpack" as his location?
Find out the answer to this question, plus a whole lot more, listen in to my one on one interview with Ray Upshaw-The Original Tough Mudder.

Episode 19 - The Big One - Tough Mudder and Spartan Race
Monday, October 8, 2012 8:00pm EST
Big machers* from Spartan Race and Tough Mudder both make an appearance on this episode. (*It's Yiddish, look it up.)
I have participated in multiple events for both companies and as a fan of both races, plan on doing more. So I am excited to bring you this one.
First, Matt Johnson, CMO for Tough Mudder, will call in live to talk about the latest and greatest from TMHQ.
Next, I will play my in depth interview with Joe Desena when I sat down with him two Sundays ago.
We will also take your chat and phone questions live, or you can email them in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org
The 1.14.13 episode will bring you my interview with Terry McMahon, who designs the courses for Iron Warrior Dash. This will not be the "5k mud party" you are used to. This is 15 miles of trail and obstacles. Listen in to hear all about it.
Also, I had a great sit down with Doug Grady. Doug is the man who inspired me to do my first Tough Mudder, which was really the starting point for my love of all things obstacles and mud. Doug also wrote a song called "One Tough Mudder". which you can check out here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tuxQgOgVEG0.
I will also talk briefly about the Superhero Scramble in Miami that I attended a few days ago.
In this weeks episode yours truly will be competing in the toughest event on the planet The Tough Mudder. Tune in to hear my report on the event ( if I survive ) what to expect, what to wear, how to train, etc. I've subjected myself to this torture to help raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project. See you Sunday @ 11pm
