Devin Halden is an entertainment entrepreneur with focus on the production and distribution of media properties across multiple platforms. Halden launched Pixovi Movie Network in May of 2010. Visitors of the platform immediately experienced the robust and versatile capabilities that the multi-platform distribution company offers. Pixovi is most accurately an IPTV, providing the capabilities of operating similar to a cable or satellite company. Through Pixovi, producers can now distribute and exhibit their film(s) to a global audience through a variety of applications and devices . Unlike other VOD platforms that are designed on a quantity over quality model, Pixovi is built around the opposite mode of thought. Halden understands that Pixovi members want a wide selection, but Halden believes that can still be achieved with each film offering being of the highest quality. Halden’s knowledge of both traditional distribution lifecycles and techniques as well as the new distribution plans that utilize new technology and media, has laid the foundation for his blueprint for a successful independent film release, a blueprint that keeps the control of the IP and accounting in the hands of the producers and maintains transparency throughout the entire lifecycle of the film. Pixovi continues to design and implement existing and proprietary technologies as a way to solidify its longevity and its pioneering spirit in the movie distribution and exhibition market.
