Self-esteem: Reflecting our inner beauty on the outside

    in Motivation

    TONIGHT'S GUESTS:

    Keenya Madison

After we go through a miscarriage, stillbirth or early infant loss, we might go through negative perceptions about ourselves.  And often times we feel we don’t like what we see at our inner or outer mirror.  How can loving ourselves from the inside reflect what we see on the outside? How can we improve our perception of ourselves in order to heal?

On tonight’s show the topic will be Self-esteem: Reflecting our inner beauty on the outside

Join the conversations and share your story with us calling (845)-241-9893

“People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within.”– Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

    in Self Help

Dr. Doug discusses some important findings about understanding your self-esteem.  For many years and even today, self-esteem is considered the crux of happiness and fulfillment in life.   Often thought of like a vitamin, many psychologists assume that we "need" self-esteem in daily doses to feel accepted, happy, and satisfied with life.

Dr. Doug discusses this notion and offers an alternative way to look at sel-esteem.

Listeners will be encouraged to call in during the show to ask Dr. Doug Lisle questions.

    Self-Esteem - Build it Now

    in Spirituality

Join Sue Graywolf Petruzzi, Ronda Davis and Sandra Kay Trainer-Meyer for the  “Women’s Healing Hour” with a powerful webcast of Ciracle Radio on Sunday, November 8th at 1 PM MST, 3 PM EST, 8 PM London and 10 PM Israel time. Just hit the picture link at showtime!

Self-Esteem is so incredibly important to our growth as a human being.  Quite often this delicate part of us can be shattered by careless words or deeds from someone who supposedly loved us.  If this occurs when we are very young or at any stage of our life, it can change the course of our lives from that point on.  We can become very introverted, shy, withdrawn and fearful of speaking, being heard or just plain being.  It can affect every area of our life making us feel very unworthy of much of anything.

What can we do when we realize what is going on!  By just acknowledging that you have no “self-esteem” within, and accepting that fact, you are already on a forward motion to recovery.  We will share ideas on what you can do to bring yourself back home to your “true self” so you can create the life you have always dreamed of.  A’ho.

Come join us as we look at self-esteem and begin to build ours collectively. The talking stick is now YOURS! Come join us and share your thoughts - or just listen.

We thank all our listeners for truly “being” the shows we air.
