Thinking Forward Inc. presents the Hump Day motivational call. This weeks topic will be about motivation through Thanksgiving. This is a hard time of the year for some. So what are you most thankful for during these times of family and food. Well you may be having fun with family and friends, but there are people who are not having such a good time. What are you going to do to assist these people in pain? What is your next Thanksgiving move.
First off, Happy Thanksgiving to all "CleftCast" listeners! Thanksgiving, obviously, is a holiday where giving thanks for what we all have in life is emphasized (far beyond those Christmas and holiday sales commercials on TV and radio). Yet it can be tough to feel or even be thankful if or when a child or young adult is going through serious complications -- either medically or emotionally -- because of their cleft or craniofacial anomaly. On this week's "CleftCast," host Joe Rutland talks a little about his own experiences with Thanksgivings gone by and offers a few words of encouragement for those not feeling that spice of gratitiude and joy on this holiday. Download "CleftCast" at iTunes and Blog Talk Radio. Every minute counts ... and you are loved.
Health Educator Victoria Willard loves to teach and educate people on Healthy Lifestyle Solutions. She assists people in assessing where their health is at and then incorporates the Super Foods Program which includes diet, exercise and emotional healing.
Today Victoria will be speaking on the importance of water to the body. Many of us think we are thirsty when the mouth becomes dry. This is a last stage situation and is often seen after a heavy meal. General Dehydration Symptoms can include; Tired, flushed, irritable, anxious, dejected, depressed, not sleeping well, heavy headed, fear of crowds, fear of leaving the house. If any of these pertain to you then you may be dehydrated and need water.

This week Jennifer talks with Esther Austin, The Sixty Second Soul Liberator, who transforms, heals and empowers lives. Esther tells us about her fantastic new book which is being released in January, Wounded Lives, Wounded Healers. Esther has been a guest on the Natural Co-Creators show before, talking about her other book The Giant Within, so it was great to catch up with her and hear about her latest project. Wounded Lives, Wounded Healers is based on her work as a Healer and Therapist helping people who have suffered with some form of abuse. I feel Esther bares her soul in this interview, which I am sure she has done many times in order to help others. Many of us are wounded healers and this book will also help many lightworkers who wish to move forward and stand in their power. I'm sure you will enjoy this engaging interview. I always learn a lot from Esther. She is such a fabulous lady.
I can't wait to read this book when it is released. More information about the book can be found on Esther's website

The holidays are right around the corner and this is the season when people start to think about being more grateful and appreciating what they have. There are 365 days in a year so we shouldn't only be grateful around the holidays. What does it mean to be more grateful for what we have? Why is it difficult for people to be grateful but so easy for them to complain? What are the effects of being appreciative and complaining, and how can you learn to be grateful if you've never done it before?
Benjamin Scott Allen discusses thanksgiving and appreciation for those we have lost. They are part of the fabric of our lives; loving and living with them and without them makes us who we ultimately are.
This show is about healing loss. Whether it is the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or a dream, we find ourselves lost in another world. What was before no longer is. This is the world of the Afterloss.
It is our goal to share this world together and to help each other navigate this new experience. We are here to explore what was lost and what is left, and find a new way to relate to both. Loss is a part of life, and we all deal it differently.
Benjamin is the author of Out of the Ashes, Healing in the AfterLoss. This book is about profound loss and forging a new path after his loved ones died.
When we give ourselves permission to lean into loss, this unique process of healing finds its own time and rhythm. There are parts of the Afterloss that only you know and only you can travel, but everyone who has experienced loss in one form or another knows the path has many footprints that can lead us into healing. We are not alone.
Your hosts Benjamin Allen and Deborah Brown will share their journeys through grief into healing and create a container for others to explore, define and lean into loss of all kinds. We meet here and now on the path to the rest of our lives, at the intersection of Loss and Hope ... may we all be blessed by sharing what we have lived and learned.

The topics of this show are based on Lakota Star Knowledge and may include viewing current events from the Ancient Lakota perspective. This show's objective is perpetuate peace among all people, as the foundation of all universes is based on "Mitakuye Oyas'in". The Lakota Star Knowledge definition of "Mitakuye Oyas'in" is that before you can be at peace with all the relatives throughout all universes, you must first have peace among all the relatives within your own inner universe. The mind, body, soul and emotions are all connected to each other. When you do your best in nurturing these four parts, you will establish peace within yourself. Only then are you able to be at peace with all creation around you.

When his son asked him to do a favor one day, Victor never imagined what the results would be. His son wanted help expanding his North American Power team into the new markets in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.
Victor was a corporate professional working in engineering management and didn’t know much about expanding an energy choice team in various states, but when he became a Representative, he found that the free training and free webpage surprisingly helped him find fast success, and soon he became an Area Director.
“What I didn’t expect was an income that would allow me to spend time with my grandsons. When my kids were growing up, I had to spend 60 to 80 hours a week working, and saw so little of them. Now I have the pleasure of sharing this Opportunity to help lots of people with their own personal economic recovery.”
Victor’s wife is also looking forward to spending less time at her job. “That’s great, it’s already helping us meet our future goal of spending lots of time with our two grandsons, and not having to worry about finances while doing so. My suggestion for anyone considering the North American Power Opportunity is to just do it. If not this Opportunity, then what else? There are no more deregulated industries and North American Power is changing the playing field, in fact they’re changing the entire home-based business industry. Just do it!”
