The Chosen One’s
As a new fiscal year launched with the 2014 Brain Injury Camping Experience ending a year I questions why I do these things, what good is it? What does it all mean? Why me Lord or Universe. Why should one person have to experience so much bad, it’s not fair. Ever since I was 3 or 4 years old I knew I was chosen all the time being beat by foster parents who the beatings are the only things I can remember of them. Promises made to exploit my talents. And now living with emotions that come from the depths of my soul I don’t think I can do what is programed from the universe pushing the very essences and fabric of who I am. It’s an essences so powerful there are other forces doing everything in their power to stop it. I use to think I was destined to be the leader of this as a young child I have seen wars with more soldiers, tanks, plains than ever imagined in Hollywood. I know now I am not this leader and am in awe of the leaders I have been blessed to meet, I think I am the vessel who was given the opportunity to create the environment where they can meet I am a soldier of what is to come. As I am to the point of I can’t take no more the universe gives me what I needed to learn once again.
But it feels like the last lesson in a long journey leading to something new. The Last 5 years of camping experiences have been part of it. What’s weird the experiences were out of sequence in my life but not in others’ lives. But it all ties together, the universe has went into a new age and we the people with disabilities are the chosen not the misfit’s society has labeled us with. Look around things are in motion of great change and great challenges and have been for decades if not centuries. I do not know how all the pieces fit together but the brain events many of us disrupt the plan

What series of events unites a few strangers to make music together? Is it a cosmic anomaly or destiny? Jandre Nadal, John Feliciano, Edgar Ramos and JuanMa Font gravitated towards each other because of a shared desire to create intoxicating and sublime music. Since 2009 this intricate sonic workshop has yielded blistering tracks with great depth, melding dreamlike sounds with unheard-of guitar strength, tight bass, high-energy drums and powerful melodic vocals. The upcoming album follows the 2011 EP, 'The Envelope,' which, along with lead single, "Universal You," drew praise from established artists such as Godsmack and Halestorm while receiving weekly spins at SiriusXM Octane, MusicChoice and more. The track was also featured in the motion picture, The Witness (El Testigo). Following the release of 'The Envelope,' Message To Venus made the decision to relocate from San Juan to Miami, Fla. "Puerto Rico is beautiful...it's our home," explained guitarist, John Feliciano. "We play there as often as we can, but in order to expand globally we want to be planted on soil where touring opportunities are more frequent." After being nominated for a Latin Rock Award in the 'Slam Alternativo/Rock' category in 2012, as well as participation in the International Day of Non-Violence, Message To Venus successfully employed the help of fans through a crowdfunding campaign and toured the U.S. in 2013. The quartet is now seeking its dedicated fans' help again to bring their upcoming album, Victims & Villains to the masses. It was a well-rounded episode of Bright Side After Dark. Inaccurate tweets, pleading for Eric Bledsoe and Scott Howard read a short story.
Pitching motion expert Angel Borrelli and ESPN SweetSpot blogger Joe Janish start out by discussing the deceleration phase of the baseball pitching motion and how it is important toward both staying healthy and in troubleshooting mechanics. Then, they talk about a mechanical flaw that some pitchers exhibit (most notably Stephen Strasburg, Mark Prior, and Zack Wheeler) that is described in some circles as an "inverted W." Finally, Joe recounts the Seattle Mariners' decision to leave pitcher Roenis Elias in a recent game after he suffered a forearm cramp.
Was Edward Snowden Justified? Two teams faced off on the motion "Snowden was justified" in his release of highly classified national security documents. We spoke last week about how to break the forward motion of a bad habit. A bad Habit that has become Addictive Behaviour. That which we turn to without conscious thought without thinking in a flow of forward motion.
This week is part two of this discussion. Once we have caught that negative thought, once we start becoming conscious of our difficult places and stopping in that moment of feeling bad before we reach for out old behaviour. Putting our hand on our Heart and taking three deep breaths, with our eyes closed, if possible. Whats next? So I am conscious, I am still then going and taking that drink, putting that piece of food in my mouth, or whatever it is that your addictive behaviour or bad habit takes you to.
What do I do instead? Indeed is the important question.
Part 2 is:
What do I do Instead of My Old Addictive Behaviour? We will be discussing the next step. Hope to see you there.
