The ORACLE Speaks With ... YOU!

    in Spirituality

As always, we open the Urantia book and learn something new. Today is my oldest Daughter Liz's Bearthday. Happy Bearthday Baby Girl, I love you so much. 4:42 pm will mark your 28th year. You came here early, ready for the world. It has been an honor to call myself your Mom, Nother, Mommy and so much more. Have a great day.

I discovered a new talent last Thursday at Macau, the new place to be on Thursdays, thanks to Roland Wirt and Reginald Dorsey. That new talent is Javier Mosley, known as J Mosley and the JME Allstars. I went to thier listening party last night at Karma Lounge and I was not dissapointed. I will play thier music on the show today., Let me know what you think.

This week's theme, from the heart of The ORACLE: My heart is determined to remember and pay homage to all those who have gone on before me, who touched my heart and showed me the way to pure, unadulterated, unconditional love of self and others. I have been blessed beyond measure with opportunities to live and love completely; from the beatings and abuse, the rapes and degradations, to the overwhelming love I am awashed in today, I will forever remember the lessons I have learned through it all. How else am I able to be of help to others, to be the vessel for love G-D meant me to be?

    Kayla Calabrese Live

    in Military

Join us this week as we welcome Country music recording artist, Kayla Calabrese. With her Jersey girl attitude and romantic Italian soul, Kayla Calabrese brings her own flair to the country music scene. This down to earth artist has a sassy edge that shines through her lyrics, stage presence, and fresh demeanor. Upon moving to Nashville, Kayla began recording with Grammy nominated music producer Kent Wells, best known for producing Dolly Parton. Wells produced Kayla’s first EP Kayla Calabrese, featuring her first single “Kiss Me,” and was a great experience she describes as something she will never forget. Pleased by the success, Kayla was determined to keep pushing forward. A few years later, Kayla was ready to release a project she had been developing. Her single, “Whisper,” was released in the Fall of 2014. As a musician, Kayla can show her strong disposition in one song, yet become vulnerable with the next. “My favorite part about being an artist is that I can express my feelings and emotions in a song that not only means something to me but others can relate in their own personal way,” says Calabrese. In exciting news for 2016, Kayla will soon be releasing her new Disney-themed single “Happily Never After” to radio on March 14. The new single is part of Calabrese’s upcoming newest EP "Glass Stiletto". We will talk to Kayla about her upcoming schedule, get a behind the scenes look at her music, feature her latest songs, and ask her to share her message for the troops. Please be sure to visit Kayla Calabrese at http://www.kaylacalabrese.com/ and spread the word. Fans are welcome to call in and speak live with Kayla during the show (718) 766-4193. And as always we will give shout outs to our deployed military listeners. Our message to the troops: WE do what we do, because YOU do what you do.

Through experiences like this, he realized that music was a universal language that affected all people, whether they were in the industry, studying in school, or living on the street. Recognizing music’s broad appeal, Pkolo was inspired to channel his creativity through the medium of music, and he was determined to create that which would strongly affect those around him. In the year 1999, Pkolo relocated to New Jersey after separating from his family, who resided in Haiti. He found himself surrounded with various cultures and new experiences that he had never been exposed to. Curious and enthusiastic, he delved into these new experiences with an open mind. It was during this time that he discovered his true love; Hip Hop music. “I had always listened to hip hop but never really paid much attention to it. Then one day Hot 97 had put on this one song, (Quiet Storm by Mobb Deep), and I was immediately hooked” recalls Pkolo. Hip hop had found Pkolo. Pkolo had found his lifes work
