The Trans- Pacific Partnership (TPP) is a convoluted and controversial subject. Those against it are easy to find, but those who support it are a little more subdued.
For example, there are electoral ramifications: how much longer do we wait for Hillary to make her views known; what do we do if she supports it or remains evasive; where do other major party candidates, like Rand, Ted, and Marco, stand. Green Party Candidate Jill Stein has already announced that she is against passage of the TPP for example. How do we mobilize if it passes?
Let's bring it on! Guest co-hosts Jeanene Louden and Tim Danahey will lead the discussion.
Another special Thursday edition of the Grueling Truth brings another great guest as we welcome Don"Majik Man" Majkowski to the show. In College Don led the University of Virgina to there first ever bowl appearance in the 1984 Peach bowl. He was later drafted in the 10th round of the 1987 draft by the Green Bay Packers, after starting on and off during the 1987-88 season he was named the starting QB at the start of the 1989 season. He had one of the greatest seasons in Green Bay Packers history leading the NFL in passing yards with 4,318 and also throwing 27 TD passes. At the end of the season he was names to the NFC Pro Bowl Team. Succsses was cut short in the 10th game of the 1990 season when he tore his rotator cuff. He didnt get his starting job back until the 1992 season when injuries struck again, in the third game of the season he torn a ligament in his ankle against the Cincinnati Bengals and was replaced by Brett Favre basically ending his career with the Packers. He spent the next two seasons as a backup QB for the Indianapolis colts. He finished his career with the Detroit Lions were in his last start he led the Lions to victory over the Seattle seahawks.
