Episode 27 W/ Guest Pat "The Croation Sensation" Miletich and Josh from MMAValor talks UFC 108

    in Sports

Welcome to the new year, and welcome to a huge show! This show is the first of the year, and is just the start to what we have planned this year!

Pat Miletich will be our 1st guest of the year, and I can't tell you how excited I am to have a legend like Pat help open the show this new year! Pat is known for running the Miletich Fighting Systems gym in Bettendorf, Iowa. Pat established one of the early MMA training schools at his Bettendorf gym, Ultimate Fitness in 1997. The MFS Elite team has produced over 80 television and pay per view level athletes and 14 world champions in various organizations. Names such as Jens Pulver, Jeremy Horn, Matt Hughes, Tim Sylvia, Tony Fryklund, and many others have all been groomed by Pat. Pat was also the first ever UFC lightweight champion (200 and below at the time).

Pat has a record of 29-7-2. Pat's last fight ended with Pat KO'ing Thomas Denny in :50 seconds into the second round 12/11/2008.

We will talk to Pat about what it's like running one of the top gyms in the nation. How the game has changed since he was the UFC Champ, and where he thinks the game is headed. We will pick the brain of this legend!

After Pat we will have back on Josh from www.MMAValor.com to discuss UFC 108 and break down the fights.

Then to wrap up the show we will have on Vegas' own Eric Center. Eric is preparing for his Tuff N Uff fight Jan. 8th against Shane Larson in Las Vegas, NV. Eric trains out of Xtreme Couture Mixed Martial Arts in Las Vegas. You can catch Eric's last fight on Youtube.com Erics record is very misleading as he enters this fight at (0-2) but both losses were very close, Eric told me that this fight he feels great and 2010 is a new year, and he considers it a new slate for himself, so Las Vegas be ready for a killer match up and Shane Larson be ready to have your hands full!

Tune in this is the first show of the year and we are starting it off right with a legend, and new comer, and our picks for UFC 108!

Show 34 W/ guest "King Mo" Lawal & UFC 110 talk with Josh from MMAValor.com & Noah Thomas Co-hosts

    in MMA

This show we have a lot in store. We will open the show with introducing you to the new member of FIST-ta-CUFF Radio, Noah Thomas. If you don't know Noah Thomas yet, go peep the show with his ass on it, either this one or The Ultimate Fighter. Noah has competed in The UFC and WEC and now is looking to land some shots at FIST-ta-CUFF.

Our guest this show "King MO" Lawal has made quite a splash in the MMA Pool! From having his name come out of Rampages mouth to Gegard Mousasi's. King Mo is coming for the strap that matches his crown and chain.

King Mo was a Big 12 Champion and Division I all-American in 2003, wrestling for Oklahoma State. Lawal eventually became a U.S. national team member in 2005, placing 7th at the World Championships in Budapest. From 2007-2008, Lawal was the #1 ranked wrestler in the country in the -94kg division and was considered by many to be the best pound for pound amateur wrestler in the United States.

Since his first MMA match in 2008 for Sengoku against Heavy Weight Travis Wiuff King Mo has gone 6-0. Only one of those matches ending any other way then TKO or KO. His other fight going to the judges score card against Ryo Kawamura with Mo winning a Unanimous Decision.

We will talk to Mo about where he got his nickname, what his life was like growing up and his college wrestling days. We will ask Mo about Rampage, Gegard Mousasi, his entrances, and much more.

The last part of the show we will have Josh the owner of www.mmavalor.com about UFC 110. We will break down the card, talk about our picks, and allow you a chance to speak your mind on UFC 110.

Tune in to the last show before we head to Sincity and put everything on Red! We will also talk a lil about the First Strike Fights show.
