    Episode 113: Live at Foley's and #weirdbaseball

    in Baseball

In the "Live at Foley's 2: Podcast Harder" edition, Jeffrey, Chris, and Greg are Live at Foley's. And podcasting (harder). After a brief soujorn into terrible 90's music, it's time to preview the Mets minor league affiliates, or at least drool over the St. Lucie roster. Next, Ted Berg from USA Today (?!) joins the show to discuss the magic of small sample sizes, Jeff Francoeur, and Taco Bell breakfast. Then, Jeffrey butchers the Shortstop Avenue Audio theme after three beers, but we discuss Wilmer Flores' woes and reconsider some recent e-mails. That should be it, but the Mets played an incredibly weird baseball game last night, so look for the hidden track where Greg and Jeff discuss weird defense, weird pitch selection, and weird baseball.

Spiritual Psychology with Dr. Maurie Pressman

    in Self Help

Author and Professor Dr. Maurie Pressman will be our special guest speaker today, on a rebroadcast show, to talk about Spiritual Psychology. Re: what this concept is, he says, "There is a power within your mind that is hidden from you as well as others. When you find it you will have the ability to do minor miracles such as to heal yourself and others, to know yourself and your ability to influence others silently, to move your performance up and up, and to love, love yourself, others  and  all creatures  better - much better. It is the power that leads to success in your own field in your own way."

Spiritual Psychotherapy. This combines the best of traditional western practices with the high and powerful regions of the mind.

Dr. Pressman's continued explorations within traditional psychiatry, holistic-spiritual psychotherapy and eastern philosophies has proven to be a wonderfully successful alternative to the sometimes limiting constraints of traditional western psychiatry.

Creative Family Welcomes Tamyra Brown Owner of All God's Children Nolensville

    in Spirituality

Tamyra D. Brown was born in partially raised in Northern Virginia and she moved, with her parents to Dickson, TN where she finished my formal schooling.

Education has always been a part of my life. Her mother Sallie Bradby is a retired school teacher of over 30 years. Her back ground varies from Special education, elementary education, and college educator. Her father Dennis, now retired, was employed with the correctional system for over 30 years in multiple capacities such as, warden, principal, faith based ministries, and other inmate programs.

After graduating high school, she attended MTSU and majored in education with a minor in dance. Upon graduating, Tamyra went on to pursue a Masters degree in education with a concentration in Administration and Supervision. She has taught at all age levels and environments.

While I worked for a private consulting agency, she traveled to many schools ( private, public, preschools, etc..) While visiting the preschools, it hit Tamyra how there was an urgent need for a clean, safe, loving, faith based childcare center. She took a leap and trusted in faith and decided to open a preschool. After many trials, tribulations, tears, and learning experiences, she got it right! Tamrya has had so much help from her family, her current director, Saundra Duffield, who has been with her since the beginning, and none of it would have been possible without our Father God.  Just over 1 year of opening All God's Children Early Learning Academy and we have a waiting list until next January for infants and all of our other classrooms are full with a waiting list.

Tamrya excited to see the children's faces everyday and we have a wonderful faculty and staff that make my "job" worth while.

It Is Finished! 16APR15 Revelation: Removing the Prophetic Veil Lesson 8

    in Christianity

Revelation is one of the most controversial books of the Bible. Some people love its prophetic writings, while others reject its end time connotation. John, an apostle of Christ, was given this prophetic word to give to the seven churches of Asia Minor. A blessing was pronounced over all who reads and understand it. In this 8th Lesson, you will get a view into John’s vision as he tells more about the Lamb, 144,000 and the 3 Angels’ Message. There’s a New Song that will be sung by the ones who make it to Heaven and have refused to accept the mark of the beast.
