Hot Tub Recovery...How a Dip Can Help
Here’s a little about the power of hot tub recovery.

    Accelerate Healing
Soak in a hot tub and elevated heat instantly soothes and relaxes injured muscles. High-powered jets provide the deep tissue massage necessary to loosen tight muscles and soothe stiffness that often accompanies injury.

    Reduce Chronic Joint Pain
Regular and consistent pain makes day-to-day activities challenging. With regularity, even a quick soak is enough to make significant and long lasting improvements to chronic pain, reducing inflammation and preventing further damage.

    Maximize Nutrient Delivery
Science tells us that heated water and massage can actually help muscles recover faster. In addition to stimulating the release of endorphins, a soothing dip in the hot tub, post workout can help deliver nutrients to cells more efficiently.

Join the team of Ron and Don as we unpack what this means for the Minneapolis NAACP, it's membership and the local community.

Also, we will again talk about the money unaccounted for in the case of Jamar Clark and why Black Lives Matter Minneapolis, nor the Minneapolis NAACP have said a word. Tune in at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday night.

Minneapolis NAACP in chaos; Silent on Civil Rights, Equity, Education

Someone told me a while back to just sit back and watch; all this stuff will implode and you can have a ringside seat. Well folks, the Minneapolis NAACP and friends have been compromised and community members and stakeholders that need the agency to work on behalf of the advancement of us all are worried.

Join Ronald A. Edwards and Don Allen as we take listeners into the bylaws of the unit NAACP as writen and posted by the national NAACP. It seems someone has disregarded the rules in favor of fame and glory. The phone lines will be open.

Hot Tub Buying Tips You Can’t Afford to Miss

Take a few minutes to read through a few of the most sought-after hot tub buying tips and make the right decision. If you’re ready to buy, here are three things you should know.

    Prioritize Wants and Needs
Think about who will be using the tub most and why. Choosing the right size and model is a balancing act, and prioritizing your wants and needs will make it easier to narrow your choices.

    Choose Quality Over Quantity
As is true with most large purchases, you truly do get what you pay for. Do a little research into leading brands and go into a dealership confident that you know a quality brand when you see one.

    Request a Test Soak
Reputable dealerships are always willing to schedule time for you to try out a hot tub. A wet soak gives you the hands on experience you need to make the right decision.

LESMA with Lt. Randy Sutton Addressing Minneapolis and Other Hot Button Topics

    in Current Events

Lt Randy Sutton has a newly released article titled "A Mess in Minneapolis". In this article, Sutton details what led to the city getting to where it is now- another weakened police force (whose own Chief was seen participating in 'Hands up, don't shoot' after Micheal Brown incident) due to political fears. Fires are being set in the streets of Minneapolis, 'protesters' were camped out on the police lawn, and Precinct 4 was tattoed with graffitti that stood for days before removal.
What is the end game here? What will make these angry people happy?
Precinct 4 lawn has been cleared of the protesters. But what is next? What city will be next? How can we stop this movement that is stirring up hatred of the innocent, while claiming to be innocent and hated?
Join in on this conversation and so much more with Randy Sutton and LESMA's David Chianese and Correctional Chuck.

The Law Enforcement and Supporters for Media Accountability (LESMA) will be discussing today's hot button police topics and as always, taking your calls. If you have an LEO topic you want us to cover, please call in or send us a message at www.lesma.org

Death by House Fire: Did Bill Davis and Community Action of Minneapolis fail

    in News

My position is that Community Action of Minneapolis, the city of Minneapolis Inspections and the Minneapolis Public Schools could be complicit in the death of not only the three children killed in the north Minneapolis house fire on Sunday, but also other deaths involving children packed in inefficiently heated houses that die the worst death a child could die…death by fire.  If Community Action of Minneapolis failed these families, then city officials, CAM board members, local politicians and the black leadership is complicit in overlooking something that went wrong a very long time ago.

Tune into the Ron and Don Show on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. has we dive in to the reasons and compelling evidence that no child should be cold, or die in a house fire in the Twin Cites.
