Dolph Lundgren's motion picture debut came in the 1985 James Bond feature A VIEW TO A KILL. ‘I’m on screen for no more than ten seconds, if you blink you miss me...’. But, it was Dolph’s performance in ROCKY IV later that year that got him noticed worldwide. After a 9 month audition process among 5,000 hopefuls, Dolph was chosen by Sylvester Stallone to be his fearsome Soviet opponent in the ring, Captain Ivan Drago. From here Dolph build a solid career as an international action-hero & has since starred in more than thirty-five feature films. In the eighties & nineties, Lundgren played the classic action lead in such films as MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, SHOWDOWN IN LITTLE TOKYO co-starring the late Brandon Lee & BLACKJACK by Hong-Kong action legend John Woo. In the 90’s Lundgren also turned in some memorable performances as the main villain to other action stars, most notably in UNIVERSAL SOLDIER opposite Jean Claude Van Damme, directed by Roland Emmerich & “JOHNNY MNEMONIC opposite Keanu Reeves. Dolph made the move behind the camera to become a director six years ago. Since then, Dolph has directed five feature films. His production company Thor Pictures is currently developing several projects, which he will produce, star & direct. His two latest projects are a feature he co-wrote & directed, COMMAND PERFORMANCE produced by Avi Lerner & Nu Image Films – & ICARUS, a neo-noir thriller, shot in Vancouver, BC. In 2009 Dolph co-starred with fellow action star Jean-Claude Van Damme in UNIVERSAL SOLDIER REGENERATION, a sequel to the film that paired the two European actors back in the 90’s. Please welcome Serena Dyer to The Best Ever You Show.
Serena Dyer has co-authored a book with her father, Dr. Wayne Dyer, titled Don’t Die With Your Music Still In You about her experience growing up with spiritual parents (released June of 2014).
The book is a daughter’s response to her father’s wisdom and provides readers a glimpse into what life was like growing up with seven brothers and sisters -- and Dr. Wayne Dyer as a father. Serena is a contributor to Huffington Post, Mind Body Green and Positively Positive where she shares stories on varying subjects, including meditation, travel, the spiritual journey and life with her brothers and sisters. She regularly appeared on stage with her father at Hay House events. She is also a featured speaker at spiritual, motivational and wellness events around the United States. Her subject matter covers a wide range of topics, but she always seeks to share her personal spiritual perspective in a way that encourages introspection and personal growth. While completing her master’s degree at the University of Miami, Serena was moved by startling statistics concerning the global tragedy of human trafficking. Although most of her work is done privately, Serena does add her voice to raise awareness via the charity Stop Child Trafficking. Serena currently resides in south Florida with her husband Matt and daughter Sailor.

Sound is all around us; in each moment we are totally surrounded by sound. These sounds alter our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, both positively and negatively. These sacred sounds are a unique tool, which can heal the body, quieten the mind and transform the self. Sound and music have been used since ancient times for healing and transformation.
Sound Healing is a powerful modality of vibrational medicine. Through sound healing we can alter our perceived time and space and enter into higher states of consciousness and access higher dimensions. Sound can be used to bridge the unconscious and the conscious worlds. To connect with the Angelic Realm, Light Beings and Ascended Masters.

I was in a meeting the other day and noticed the container of coasters. Suddenly I thought hmm home many of us are cups and others coasters; each has an association with the table they are placed upon. Cups hold the liquids while the coasters protect the table from the spills and / or condensation that comes from the cups thus protecting the table. Lets look at how this works in life. Lets talke about the cup it hold so much that sometimes it may spill over or lets just say the condensation is the tears we tend to shed. The table bears the burden of holding the cup, liquids and whatever may spill over on it. So the table takes on the burden of the cup but who takes on the burden of the table? Who helps to keep the table protected and safe? This is when those of us who are the coasters come in. Lets talk about this for a while.

What does a spitfire television judge, winner of the game show, “The Weakest Link”, and daughter of a Vietnam Veteran have in common? Well, everything. Why..because they're the same person.
This week on, “Creating Life’s New Normal,” I interview actress, attorney and game show winner, Tremecca D. Doss. We explore how she creates her new normal through excellence, education, and fun.
Tremecca can be seen on television serving as a legal analyst on TV One Network’s, “Fatal Attraction”, Discovery ID’s “Deadly Women”, and Oxygen Network’s “Snapped: Killer Couples.”
Tremecca is an avid sports fan and couples her passion for law by being a legal commentator on issues arising in the (NFL). She also worked as a production coordinator and reporter with the NFL/Tennessee Titans Radio Network during the Titans’ 1999-2000 Super Bowl season.
However, I think the most profound substance of this amazing woman is her respect for the men and women who serve the United States as part of the Armed Forces. It was her father, Larry Doss, a Vietnam Veteran who lost his ability to walk, who inspires her the most. Seeing his dogged determination to fight for disability rights rubbed off on Tremecca. It is this bond of military service that led our connection and eventually to this interview.
Tune in from 9am - 10am EST to listen to this amazing young lady.
About the Host: John Register is a 4 x all-American track athlete who had his left leg amputated after a devestating hurdling injury. Yet, he won the silver medal in the long jump at the Paralympic Games in Sydney, Australia just 6 years later. He now keynotes and trains leaders on the topic, "hurdling adversity" and shows business how to turn obstacles into opportunities.
I did not have a good answer to these things two weeks ago....
Why do we need the electoral college? Why do I think the RNC is doing a fine job? Why are we a republic NOT a democracy? Why is the popular vote a BAD way to elect a president? DO YOU want the truth or do you want to continue in the dark until it Is too late?
