Hello blogtalkradio people. Nancy Ryan here. I have been gone for awhile, however, am happy to say that I am back after over two years in-studio live broadcasting. My show is about "Childhood Memories and how they influenced one in becoming who they are today." I encourage folks to talk about and hopefully re-live the good and even great memories from their childhoods. A show where people can share their experiences as kids growing up. School experiences, first date, first car, first anythiing! These exchanges of memories will hope to evoke Happiness & Laughter, so all funny stories are absolutely welcomed and necessary. My shows are the second and fourth Thursday evenings of each month at 5:30 PM. So please join me for 1/2 hour of FUN, FUN, FUN as I explore other peoples experiences and share some of my own.
Peace, Nancy <3

Rev. Judy Miller-Dienst is an internationally known metaphysical teacher and lecturer on Medical Intuition, Spiritual Healing, and the relationship between the Body, Mind and Spirit. She is the founder and president of The Mystery School, Inc. In Boulder, Colorado.
As an Interfaith Minister and a long time student in New Thought, Rev. Judy's eclectic spiritual background serves as a strong foundational support to her writings and her teachings.
Her new book: In A Conversion from Mind to Soul, explores:
--Move from Fear to Faith. Fear permeates our world. To live in fear destroys. To live in faith creates, heals, and saves us and all of humanity.
--Discover your Soul’s Desire. We all want to know why we are here. What is our Soul? What does it desire?
--Create Connection. Humans desire to reach out to others and to connect. We are all on a search to fully connect to God and to our own Soul.
"Let us calm the mind, free the fears, and find the freedom within ourselves to claim our good. We deserve to have a personal awareness, connection, and deep relationship with our Soul...that intimate, powerful, loving connection that is our spiritual center. Please allow yourself to step onto a journey of Soul Discovery."

It's October of 1993 in Hawaii. A drunk driver hurtles toward a bend in the road. From the opposite direction, accomplished advertising creative and triathlete Phil Slott takes a routine drive. As he eases into the bend, he meets the drunk driver skidding into the wrong lane and, in one second, Phil's life takes a dramatic turn. As he struggles to stay alive in the ICU, Phil's organs, bones, and much of his brain are broken. What he and everyone else come to realize is that his creative drive and passion remain intact. And these abilities serve as the foundation for his arduous yet inspiring road to recovery. This is more than his story. Written in collaboration with his wife, Mary Spears, Damage Control: A Brain Injury Survivor Helps You Beat the Odds, is a tough-love conversation and guide for those who have survived a traumatic brain injury (TBI). My guest this week is Karen Maezen Miller, author of Paradise in Plain Sight: Lessons from a Zen Garden.
About the book:
When Zen teacher Karen Maezen Miller and her family land in a house with a hundred-year-old Japanese garden, she uses the paradise in her backyard to glean the living wisdom of our natural world.
