Watching her parents’ battle drug addiction and violence, she found herself taking on adult responsibility as a child. After a number of bad decisions and her life headed for destruction, she became a teenage mother at the age of sixteen. As a young girl, she had dreams of “making a positive difference” in her family and community. Although she was met with many challenges before she turned eighteen years old, one becoming separated from her mother at the age of thirteen, and another becoming a teenage mother at the age of sixteen, she refused to allow those challenges to hinder her from pursuing the goals she set for her life. Bethel Life International Fellowship in conjunction with Bethel Life School of Biblical Studies is pleased to present our newest addition to the BLIF Network programming schedule, “TEACH IT!, PREACH IT!.”
The objective of this program is to provide a platform for the students of BLSBS to share the Word of God with the world and the Christian Community at large. It is unfortunate that untold numbers of up and coming preachers and teachers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ are lanquishing in the pews of our churches instead of flourishing in the pulpits and classrooms.
God has given us the vision to use the resourses He has provided to afford our students with a venue to sharpen their skills and gain experience.
Each week you will be able to tune in and hear the Word being present by eager men and women called by God through Jesus Christ to minister to His people. We appreciate your continued support as we strive to bring you quality, Scriptured based programming.
If you would like to leave questions, comments, or words of encouragement, please forward them to our email address: email@example.com

Louisana's Creole culture and a famed New Orleans' neighborhood share the spotlight on today's show. Our Creole cultural exploration takes us just outside New Orleans to the Old Mississippe River Road where we'll share the story of a Creole family and a plantation named Laura--voted "Best history tour in the USA" by Lonely Planet Travel and a top travel attraction in Louisiana. Laura Plantation, named after Laura Locoul Gore, is an old sugarcane plantation over 200 years old. We experienced life on the plantation as a member of the Locoul family through the voice of one of Laura's decendents, Norman Marmillion. We will also visit Faubourg Treme with filmmaker Dawn Logsdon. Treme is considered the oldest black neighborhood in America and the birthplace of the civil rights movement in the South. Treme is a place where African-Americans lived free during slavery and became a place of social and economic diversity.
