Sports talk and discussion with an attitude for the passionate and hard core fan. Today we have Michigan Wolverines correspondent Sonja Greenfield with us to give her thoughts and talk about Michigan as they head into their fourth season under Brady Hoke. We'll get Sonja's take on the prospects for fifth year senior QB Devin Gardner in addition to discussing whether the offensive line, beleagured last year, is poised to redeem itself as well as other Michigan players who we should keep an eye on to break out this year. Where does Michigan fit in the conference and can they give a legitimate challenge to Michigan State and Ohio State this season?
On this episode of isportsweb radio, host Ryan Dunne opens the show with talking about the Michigan Wolverines situation in how they handled the Shane Morris situation and what is next for the program and Brady Hoke. Finally, Ryan will talk about the New England Patriots and Tom Brady and if there is time, Ryan will give his predictions for week five.
Join us as we preview the upcoming season for the Michigan Wolverines with special guest Nick Baumgardner of MLive.com.
The Maize & Blue are coming off a disappointing 2012 season, which saw them lose five games. Can they bounce back in 2013? With Denard Robinson off to the NFL, Brady Hoke will finally be able to install his style of offense with Devin Gardner pulling the trigger.
In today's episode we will breakdown Michigan's biggest question mark, their best-case & worst-case scenarios, as well as make our bold prediction for the 2013 Wolverines.
Hosted by Daniel Mogollon and Lloyd Ribner III.
Homecoming. The Michigan Wolverines. Beaver Stadium. Twilight Kickoff. It's the biggest game of the year, and Adam and Dan have all the angles covered as Penn State looks to bounce back from a gutwrenching loss to the Indiana Hoosiers. PLUS, breaking down the issues the team faces through the rest of the Big Ten schedule, and a look at the national college football scene, this week on the #BlackShoePodcast.
Tonight on Sports Talk with Bryan Nolen, we recap all of the NFL Preseason games from Thursday night and get my thoughts on each team and how I thought they did. We will also continue Darrek and Bryan's Top 25 College Football Rankings with #23: The Michigan Wolverines! We will preview Devin Gardner's team and how big of a year is this for Brady Hoke? We will tell you, TONIGHT! Top headlines and more as we are LIVE!
Three-year letterman for the Michigan Wolverines, Michael Schofield appeared in 52 games on the offensive line and on special teams, making 36 starts (26 at right tackle and 10 at left guard). Schofield started all 13 games at right tackle, in 2013. He also contributed on special teams. Showed versatility at Penn State playing snaps at left tackle after Taylor Lewan left the game with an injury. Looks to carry Wolverines tradition of NFL pro caliber offensive lineman.
As a freshman in 2010 at Michigan, Ricardo Miller made his collegiate debut on special teams vs. Massachusetts. He finished his college career playing for UMass after spending three seasons at Michigan. Hybrid receiver/tight end, Miller is gifted athletically. He stands at 6'4 close to 240 pounds and runs in the 4.4 range. His college career wasn't what most expected due to his ability, but the ceiling on him moving forward is very high. One of the real untapped prospects, in 2014.

Did the Red Wings make a trade for a defenseman in time at the trade deadline after getting Erik Cole? And how did they fare against the New York Rangers, Calgary Flames, and Boston Bruins?
Can the Pistons get out of their slump and show everyone what they're made of when they play the New Orleans Pelicans, Houston Rockets, and Charlotte Hornets?
The Michigan State Spartans, Michigan Wolverines, and Central Michigan Chippewas all finish their 2014-2015 Division I Men's Basketball regular season.
Detroit Tigers 2015 Spring Training updates.
The Lions lose Ndamukong Suh to the Dolphins, but they also sign 5 players.
Defenseman Marek Zidlicky and left-winger Erik Cole still prove the Wings made two good trades, but some of their other defensemen are a group of slouches, which is a reason why the Wings may look at another first-round exit from the Stanley Cup Playoffs. I break down what they need to do in the offseason ahead of time. Center Darren Helm is also needed back, and so is defenseman Alexey Marchenko.
Are the Pistons tanking again with their long losing streak? Is Brandon Jennings's season-ending injury really the excuse? What do they need to do? My own blog will explain it to you.
The Michigan Wolverines bow out early and hope for an NIT Tournament berth, while the NCAA Tournament-bound Michigan State Spartans still play in the Big Ten Tournament, and the Central Michigan Chippewas, Western Michigan Broncos, and Eastern Michigan Eagles hoop it up for the MAC Tournament Championship.
The Lions sign two defensive tackles, Haloti Ngata and Tyrunn Walker. Plus, they are the 5th worst in trade value and are the only NFL team to lose money last year. General manager Martin Mayhew and President of Football Operations Tom Lewand ignore the media as well.
The Tigers are piling up a list of players having sore muscles game by game, while newcoming center-fielder Anthony Gose is still flashing his new swing and his red hot batting stats this Spring Training preseason.

Did the Red Wings improve in terms of "taking care of the puck" when they played the Montreal Canadiens? Plus, they needed to keep doing so against the Chicago Blackhawks and Dallas Stars both on the road to start a 6-game road trip.
The Pistons continue their 5-game homestand with the Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards and finish it with the Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks before visiting the Wizards.
The Michigan State Spartans and Michigan Wolverines clash, while the Central Michigan Chippewas look to keep their winning streak alive down the stretch in their 2014-2015 regular season.

The Red Wings finish their 6-game road trip 4-1-1 and then trade two prospects to the Dallas Stars for left-winger Erik Cole and a 3rd-rounder. Can they make another trade for a BETTER DEFENSEMAN for a change??? Lots of trade talks to come, too, as the trade deadline approaches. Plus they should waive defenseman Brendan Smith. I'll explain why.
The Pistons are now 2-3 after the Reggie Jackson and Tayshaun Prince trades. The trades, however, are not the real problem. It's their DEFENSE! Also, some Greg Monroe offseason talk.
In college basketball, the Michigan Wolverines continue to struggle, and now the Michigan State Spartans take a turn for the worse losing two straight, including one to the Minnesota Golden Gophers at home. But the Central Michigan Chippewas continue rolling and may have a shot at an NCAA tournament spot.
The Lions cut running back Reggie Bush to save $1.7 million in cap space and thus make more possibility to re-sign and put a franchise tag on defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. Should they also try to keep wide receiver Calvin Johnson?
The Tigers start their 2015 Spring Training preseason Monday (tomorrow).
The Red Wings go on a 2-game southwest-border road trip and play the Colorado Avalanche and Phoenix Coyotes and try to keep up with the top of the Eastern Conference standings.
The Pistons continue their quest to win more games and reach a playoff berth without Brandon Jennings, as they play the Miami Heat, Indiana Pacers, Denver Nuggets, and Minnesota Timberwolves.
How do the Michigan State Spartans and Michigan Wolverines fare against the Illinois Fighting Illini and Iowa Hawkeyes after their clash a week ago?
Did the Central Michigan Chippewas keep their undefeated streak at McGuirk Arena alive?
The Tigers lost Victor Martinez to a torn meniscus in his post-injured knee but not forever.
