What are some of your spiritual items or personal rituals practiced daily to fight off the enemy? What are some of the things you use to cleanse your home? How do you protect your home? We all have tiny rituals in our lives that help us get through the day and stay sane. Whether we make time to exercise or enjoy a private moment with a cup of coffee, those rituals improve our mental—and physical—health. Thankfully, it's easy to make time for yours, and to develop your own if you don't have them already. So what are you doing to stay grounded? Are men becoming more spiritual? Are women becoming healers as we tune in to our spiritual realm?

Holistic Health - a nurturing of the mind, body and spirit is a means to persevere through adversity and strengthen resiliency both as an individual and as a family. The Holistic approach has long been demonstrated as a successful way to enhance your life through healthier living and taking an active role in your own health. It becomes even more critical when difficult, stressful times arise and it is Dr. Darlene's very successful approach to helping people move beyond the pain and find joy again.
As individuals, we must focus on the integration of mind, body and spirit in order to be balanced, strong, and to maintain our own good health. We need to perceive ourselves as an integrated system rather than as one or more separate parts (physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional). Our body, mind and spirit are intertwined and cannot be separated. They are aspects of the whole, not separate entities. To affect one level, either positively or negatively, influences our entire being. Only when we are healthy and strong can we face adversity head-on and lead our loved ones to empowerment and transformation.
Join us as we speak with Dr. Darlene Garlington, a nationally-recognized, licensed clinical psychologist and renowned author of 10 books including her latest "Bloom Again"; Strengthening the Body Mind and Spirit Dr. Darlene's mission is to empower others to become more self-actualized and to lead fulfilling lives.
